Visited
Credence
on
the
weekend
with
a
friend,
as
it
was
the
only
place
in
Rumia
that
offered
breakfast
after
10
am.
My
friend
ordered
a
Polish
breakfast
and
me
„European
Salad“.
When
our
orders
arrived
at
the
table
both
of
us
were
fairly
surprised:
the
Polish
breakfast
that
should
have
included
a
„breadbasket“
came
with
a
slice
of
pita
bread
(pita
and
Polish?!)
and
salad
that
was
literally
a
slice
of
tomato.
So
instead
of
naming
this
dish
„Polish
breakfast“
I
recommend
to
call
it
„Buttery
Eggs
with
pita“.
Okay,
jokes
aside,
it
was
actually
obvious
they
did
not
have
the
full
ingredients
for
the
breakfast
serving,
as
Credence
is
most
likely
not
a
popular
choice
to
come
for
breakfast.
However,
why
offer
it
then?
My
„European
Salad“
as
well
was
a
complete
disaster.
Advertised
as
fresh
it
literally
came
with
completely
dry
cucumbers
(like
they
were
cut
to
slices
previous
day).
When
we
confronted
the
waitress,
she
looked
us
dead
in
the
eye
and
said
it's
just
that
type
of
cucumber
(?!).
Dry
cucumber?
Kindly
note
it
was
not
dried
or
anything,
it
had
still
some
water
in
it,
however,
like
said
before,
seemed
to
be
cut
a
day
before.
Additionally,
I
would
honour
this
salad
with
a
title
„The
Blandest
Salad
of
Poland“,
as
it
honest
to
god
did
not
have
any
seasoning,
no
oil/vinegar/balsamico
etc.
(only
ketchup-mayo
sauce),
just
some
lettuce
was
cut
with
can
of
corn,
paprika,
tomato,
chicken,
and
Credence
speciality
„dry
cucumbers“.
