    honestly this is the worst meal I ever received in my life.... it's from inddda berlin, THEY SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN. that sauce tasted like ketchup no joke and waited 75 minutes. LIEFERANDO .... I hope you also close because your company is a joke. I've ordered 6 times and everything was awful. never again.

    The food never arrived but Lieferando charged me for the order regardless, claiming that I wasn't available to receive it. I order from Lieferando three times a week, minimum. I am deleting the app from my phone because this WILL happen again, without repercussions.

    Kundenservice wurde mehrfach angeschrieben, über eine Erstattung einer nicht erhaltenen Lieferung. Keine Reaktion. Das ist jetzt meine Würdigung: Eine angemessene Bewertung für die Ignoranz und den schlechten Service. Dafür zahlen Unternehmen fleißig an Geld, aber wenn es um Erstattung geht, kann man lange warten. Ab und zu verlieren Gutscheine vor Ablauf ihre Gültigkeit ... sehr zweifelhafte Praxis.

    It's a gang. They monopolized the market, especially in rural areas, scam their workers all the time, scam customers, their "service quality" is tremendously awful. They don't have any working cashless methods most of the time (probably to launder some money). They have no real contacts and support. They even make fishing websites to make people believe they order from restaurants, whereas they order from them too. I don't understand what does the police do and where are they looking to.

    Ordered 6:23 pm a pizza, delivery approximately 7:15 pm, the delivery itself was supposed to take 20 minutes, but the guy delivering the pizza needed 40 minutes, pizza arrived cold and 8:17 pm. Lieferando is supposed to provide a service, I can't see this at all. This was the second and definitely last time the company let me down, never again this 'service'! From ne a business you can master!

    Food has not arrived even after 100 minutes even though the website said 50-60 minutes. Person on customer service phone said the phone lines are ONLY for restaurants and not for customers!!!!! When I told him politely that I don't think that is good for customers, he just hung up! Seriously!?!!!???!? Never ordering from Lieferando ever again!

    Edit: Still bad! No customer support to resolve issues, just grabbing the money. More recently we order something and requested vegeterian option. The order did not came correctly to restaurant and we got meat version instead. Nobody from Liferando to help/refund/resolve. I hope you feel at least some shame for this, not for the error, but lack of support and not carring! That was a last order made here and hello Wolt. Although not perfect there's at least support! Old review: I can't believe this is the only food deliver provider left. I miss Deliveroo so much. To just name a few pain points: - worst app ever - horrible UX - no customer service - questionable restourants Sooner or later someone will come and replace you (like pizza.de). And I'll be an early adopter. That is, if you do not start caring.

    Terrible support. With many other better options in Berlin nobody could fall for this trap unless they are clueless. There’s no support. Sometimes they answer you two weeks later saying you have no rights. Sometimes they pretend they tried to deliver but they never tried and just steal your money. Plus the tracking time is completely inaccurate. Google other options. This is outrageous playing with good faith of costumers and making loads of money enough to buy all other legit delivery business.

    Scammers. Horrible customer service!!! Food was delivered 1 1/2 hours late and was extremely cold. Lieferando says I have to contact the restaurant to get a refund. Called the restaurant and they said Lieferando can only give refunds. Then they lied to the restaurant at and said I paid with a discount code, which I didn’t. Needless to say, I’m out €17 and still hungry. STAY AWAY!!! Wolt and Uber Eats are much better with great customer service.

    AVOID!! Lieferando will cancel your order, but still charge you and deliver your food 2+ hours after you order, but quote you 40 minutes. Then their customer service team will wait DAYS before responding to your complaint.

    Im Gegensatz zur Meinung, dass bei längerer Lieferung das Restaurant schuld sei: Das ist totaler Quatsch! Mir ist es nun mehrmals passiert, dass die Lieferzeit ständig nach hinten springt; beim Anruf in den diversen Restaurants stellte sich jedesmal heraus, dass die Bestellung einfach nicht weiter gegeben wird, weil es zu wenig Fahrer gibt und man wartet 2 Stunden für eine Bestellung, die maximal eine halbe Stunde brauchen würde. Selbst die Restaurants sagen, bestelle bei Wolt, da sind einfach mehr Fahrer unterwegs. Lieferando bekommt es einfach nicht mehr hin…

    Please don’t order from Lieferando, i was waiting for such a long time (more then 2 hours) for the food… that I had to order from someone else. I wanted to cancel it and they didn’t answer on time and at the end offered me 20% for the next order (that I didn’t got too). Just horrible service!!!

    Just deplorable. There is no customer service anymore. Quick to take the money but deliveries are late if they come at all. A simple Döner Box and Durum, 5 minute walk away is charged now at 18 Euro and a bit, Lieferando charging a service charge to improve their services and has none anymore. Delivery initially stipulated in 33 minutes is then pushed and has taken now already over 80 minutes!!!! You lost it - entirely...and we are gone for good now. After having been regulars with about 2 grand revenue dumped per year with Lieferando. Just shameful!!!

    I have ordered from restaurants all and got confirmations that the food is coming, only never to recieve it. If there is something wrong with your order, your on your own. There is no tracking of your oder. And no way to review the restaurant or the delivery driver.

    Ordered and paid 3 pizzas, waited more than 1 hour and they never arrived. Impossible to get support when needed. I will never rely on this service again.

    It's been more than 3 hourse since we order our food. After one and a half hours they brought the wrong order. They promiced they will order new batch and deliver it in 10 min. We called them 10 times since them, every time they said they'll be here in 10 min. Now I called the restaurant again and they said the food is not ready yet. We're hopping the food will come untill breakfast tomorrow. It's 19.49 now. 3 and a half hours since we payed 50€ for our food.

    The worst support ever. Messanger didn’t deliver order for 160 euro, the adress, apartment was correct, very easy to find apartment as it has oun door and bell with the surname which also mention in comments. Driver couldn’t call on my phone so he didn’t bother to ring into the doorbell and leave the order near the front door as was mention as well. So he just left and took food with him and company refused to refund 160 eu!!!!

    I will NEVER order from here again!!! The restaurant already prepared the food 40mins ago and it is still waiting for the courier! This company don’t have enough people to work. I had no problem with Wolt or Uber eats.

    Lieferando tut nichts, um Fakebestellungen zu unterbinden. Bei der ersten Bestellung mit Paypal wird eine Abbuchungsvereinbarung eingerichet und dann kann jeder mit meinem Passwort bestellen. Konto wurde gehackt, eine Möglichkeit zu sofortiger Stornierung ist nicht möglich.

    Ich bin seit ca 5 Tagen mit Fahrrad unterwegs und jedes Mal fahren die Lieferanten so rücksichtslos das es beinahe gab es schlimme Unfälle zum Glück habe ich richtig reagiert!!! Ich weiß sie müssen schnell da sein etc aber mal Rücksichtsvoll fahren wäre schon schön🤷‍♀️

    Es gibt keine Richtige Telefonnummer bei der man als Kunde anrufen kann, wenn etwas schief läuft. Emails werden erst Tage später beantwortet. Und die wirklich leid tragenden an den Fehlern von Lieferando sind natürlich der Kunde und das Restaurant. Da Lieferando keinen Support hat soll man beim Restaurant anrufen und Fragen was los ist. Die sagen mir dann, dass sie keine Bestellung erhalten haben. Lieferando hat keinen Kundenservice also kann man nur warten. Das ist als ob man Einkaufen geht, bezahlt und die Einkäufe einfach liegen lässt.

    Wir bestellen nie wieder über lieferando! In der App wurde die noch übrige Lieferzeit immer wieder geändert.. 30 Min., 20 Min., dann wieder 30 Min. Nach 2 Stunden ist der Geduldsfaden gerissen und wir sind zum Restaurant gefahren. Die Mitarbeiter des Restaurants wussten selber nicht wo der Lieferant ist.

    Müll Verein. Mit UBER und WOLT läuft der Laden besser. Lieferando hat seit dem Eröffnung mein Bestellradius auf 3Km eingestellt statt auf 7Km. Ein totaler Verlust von 10K ! 2 Monate vergangen, trotz Telefonat und Anschreiben nichts passiert. Seit Uber und Wolt wieder Geld rausgeholt. Der Laden lässt Bestellungen zu aber hat keine fahrer. Der Telefonservice können uns nicht mal mit der jeweiligen Abteilungen durchstehen und belügen ihr Restaurant Partnern!. 150 Emails von verschiedene email rausgegangen bis heute keine Antwort. Ihre ausrede sei Menue-karten werden erstellt für über 1milionen Restaurants und ihr Ticket wird jetzt gelöst und Bearbeitet Müll Verein!!!

    I have ordered at 14:20 for 19 uhr through Lieferando. 19:25 my order is on the way... i have called Lieferando to cancel my order ( it cannot be that a order is placed with five hours in advance and still be late) and the nice lady on the phone, without hearing what i have to say, just closed the call. Nice goin Lieferando, last time i order with you

    I ordered food. Waited for 3h. They did not deliver my food and they refused to refund my money. They basically tell you thats your fault. Easy money for restaurants, because service provider or resaturants will not take any responsibility. Please avoid this service.

    The company telephone line is not approachble as a foreigner in the country. As a customer who does not speak the language having to resort to German Nationals as a help is not acceptable for international persons who dont speak the language. This is infuriaiting for newcommers into the country. Please kindly fix it. Every dial is ended immediatly and there is no customer support for people who did order. Kindly fix this issue as on part for all internationals and expats. Im saded to have to give a one star as your services cannot account for all problems that you have caused

    Wieder einmal ein Paradebeispiel für das beispiellose Geschäftsmodell von Lieferando. Um 20 Uhr das Essen bestellt, gegen 21 Uhr wurde die Ankunftszeit auf 22:30 Uhr festgelegt. Bei Anruf im Restaurant wurde erklärt, es gäbe keinen Lieferandofahrer, der liefern könne. Was einen Kunden nu überhaupt nicht interessiert. Oder geht irgendwer in ein Restaurant, bestellt, und bekommt dann zu hören, bitte Essen in der Küche selber abholen, leider gerade kein Servicemitarbeiter da???????? Bei Anruf bei lieferando selbstverständlich eine Warteschleife, bei der eine 10-minütige Wartezeit angegeben wurde. Nach 18 Minuten haben wir dann aufgelegt. Es ist leider wie gehabt, und die Quote von 2,1 zeigt eigentlich alles, ein gieriges profitorientiertes Unternehmen ohne jeglichen Gedanken an Dienstleistung oder einfach nur Menschen!!!!
