8oz sirloin steak, and chicken wings, The Food was extremely average, and the salt grinder just put like grains of rice sized pieces of salt out was literally crunching salt on my steak, the only saving grace was the staff the girls where nice, but the fella in there looked like the manager, was abit a duno how to word it, not the warmest of characters.

The food is good, service from the friendly and helpful staff is very good. I have been patronising this restaurant for several weeks as I am lodging at the Premier Inn whilst working on a construction site. The meals are good, the restaurant is always clean, and the ambience is also really good.

Great place, love the food and the staff all are friendly and helpful. The TBone steak was very nice they certainly know how to cook a steak that's for sure!

Booked a table in advance and visited today with family. Plenty of free car parking and easy to find. The staff are friendly and attentive and made sure we were well looked after. I ordered the lasagne from the lunch time menu which was delicious. Would recommend.

Party of 6 attended for 30th birthday meal and the food was thoroughly enjoyed by all. In particular the garlic mushroom starter and ribs main was fantastic. Very friendly and attentive staff, will be attending again in future.

Food was hot and fresh, we had a larger party without a reservation so I appreciate them accommodating us. Cold food was available via the continental buffet immediately, but hot food is ordered via table service. Took a little while to get our order taken but it was towards the tail end of breakfast service. Food didn't take long to come out once ordered and everyone ate well. The 'kids eat free' deal had a big impact on the overall bill, and made for a very affordable morning breakfast with extended family.

Can’t leave minus stars or I would. Manager the rudest man in the north of England and is living in a dreamland. The place is dirty and needs a complete clean as you can see by the table and menu. Plate for pathetic effort at Chicken Wings(£5.49) was disgusting dirty. Food ok. Took 15 minutes to get a receipt. Avoid this as you have many choices close by. Theos chippy is amazing good.

Had lunch. Nice surroundings. Food was good. Staff were very helpful.Good value for money. Would definitely return. Downside, outdoor seating area next to motorway, and really noisy. A little play area for children would be a bonus for families.

Come here quite often with the family and always have a lovely meal. The staff are lovely and always make a fuss of us as they recognise us as regulars. Great place to eat!

Efficient service, food was good, plentiful and well priced. Place was clean and sanitizer was available. The lady who served us was really good and ran her team well. Was impressed enough to go back for breakfast the following day!

Approximately seven tables occupied when I arrived, I waited 20 minutes for my starter (which was very nice) a further 25 minutes for the main! Which was cold!!! By now, there's only about five tables!! Think about it!!

5 stars for the food, was the all you can eat breakfast, service was fantastic and I gave 3 stars for atmosphere simply because it was early morning and the place was full of breakfast diners. Over all, a great place for an all you can eat breakfast I would definitely recommend and will be visiting the place again for sure.

Never been here before. I came on Tuesday was pleasantly surprised. I received a warm welcome at 6.30.and was shown were everything was. The breakfast was amazing and plenty of it, compliments to the chef. I will be getting my company to book here in future. Thanks to Dawn my waitress and was told James was the chef.

Quiet meal for myself and my daughter, mid to late afternoon visit. Staff were attentive and provided extensive information regarding allergies. Lovely meals. Refillable soft drinks available too.

We took our 1 year old daughter along with our 8 month old niece. Always a little afraid to take little ones at that age anywhere as I wouldn't want to impact the enjoyment of other patrons. Happily the tables around us were not in the least bit bothered with the constant babbling and food droppage. The staff couldn't do enough for our party and the food was wonderful, and arrived as quick as could be hoped for. Thank you.

I've been here 3 mornings and the service is second to non. The continental breakfast is well stocked and the unlimited cooked breakfast is definatly super value for money. The same lady Dawn served me each day and was very welcoming and friendly.

Breakfast was always amazing and so we're the staff. We were working on the bridge but have moved on now. Caren and Dawn always looked after us.

After being stuck on the motorway for sometime it was a relief to be able to use the bathroom! They were so kind and let us use the facilities! Top notch service from them. Toilet were nice and clean! Many thanks

Lovely cooked breakfast we had this morning 29/8 even though we went late at 10. We were seated quickly and our order taken straight away. Plenty of choice on continental buffet and very friendly staff. Would recommend.

Went for my Son's Birthday breakfast on Tuesday, there were 8 of us. Our Waitress Dawn surprised my son with a box of chocolates and a card, he was so made up and felt really special. She took the time to asked what he got for his Birthday. Fantastic service Thank you very much

It's my favourite place to go. It's definitely worth a try if you haven't been before. The staff are lovely and are just fantastic. The management runs a tight ship. Try it for yourself. The food is perfect

Had an evening meal here then breakfast the next morning.Food was lovely.Thursday morning for breakfast there was only one member of staff and a very busy restaurant.The guy did his absolute best to be friendly, polite and helpful, he was rushed off his feet.The cooked breakfast was lovely and well presented,also lots of pastries, cereals,yogurt and juices.

Nice friendly staff, seating was nice and spacious. Only had coffees however did look at the.menus and said it looked good enough for us to come back. A good range of burgers and pizzas as well as some tasty looking desserts.

Just finished a beef Sunday. Worth every penny, the best we have locally in a long time. Hot, tasty and plenty of meat and vegetables . 5 different types of vegetables. Staff friendly and attentive. Highly recommend

I’ve been visiting with my mum as she works around the corner and we will likely become regulars having visited a few times in the last couple of months. It’s alway great when Caren is on and she has always been warm and welcoming. There is another female staff member that has always been pleasant also. Was signed up for a beefeater card to earn points and will also take advantage of the free birthday meal when it comes around. My mum tends to get the fish and chips, which are a decent size and the food has been spot on. Good place to visit, good menu, good service. Special thanks to Caren.

Nice atmosphere and staff. But the vegan burger was one of the worst I've ever had. Also quite expensive. When vegan burgers are stored in the freezer and then defrosted they can get a kind of freezer burn which basically makes them inedible. I really suggest the staff try their food, learn to store it and cook it properly, and then try it again to taste the difference. The chips were ok.

Although very busy the staff were friendly and approachable. The meal was good quality and served in good time considering the high number of customers

Lovely meal with our two daughters and 2 grand babies, I had medley of fish and it was cooked absolutely perfectly..the other food was really good too. friendly staff who had no problem getting hot water to warm baby's bottle.. reasonable prices and plenty of space around the tables.. Will be going again..

I went with a friend on Wednesday! Craig welcomed us at the door and showed us to our table, following covid guidelines. He was friendly, polite and professional and actually showed an interested in us. Emma took our order, she is a credit to the company. She was warm, polite, friendly and professional. She showed and interest in us, taking the time to discuss menu options and checking the ingredients. She ensured we had everything we needed and went over and beyond our expectations. I highly recommend visiting here and the employees are a credit to the manager and the company .

A nice clean restaraunt however after I'd payed and left the building and not checking the bill at the time I found that the 3 course for £10.99 had been individually priced sending the bill to £35+ for 2 meals , I also asked if they accepted the DDS and or Blue Light discount cards they said they didn't but found on a notice board In the foyer they said to register your cards. The food and service was reasonably good but I should have worn my spectacles and checked my bill before paying.

OK 1 issue the Gents trap 1 when you sit down there is a gap to the right of the door. Nowhere is perfect So had Sunday dinner, let me say it was a plateful, it was hot it was all the best of a proper roast. The place may not look much on the outside but it's of a good standard inside, clean and the food was reasonably quick to come to us and the staff were spot on. Will definatly go again when I'm in the area👍👍👍

Breakfast saved the day well cooked and hot very tasty. Good value for the money. Evening meal was not best over cooked salmon and burger not the greatest warm at best. Poor value for the money. Staff were very welcoming. Breakfast 5 star evening meal 2 star

Pleasantly surprised about how nice the lunch menu was. They do bottomless diet coke which is 100 times better than Pepsi and the lady who served the food was super helpful.

Fantastic breakfast this morning, we reviewed a very friendly welcome. We had the best hash browns and scrambled eggs we've had at any Beefeater. I told the waitress who said she was called Dawn to pass our compliments on to the Chef. She said she would tell chef James and thanks for the compliment.

Four of us ate here midweek, there was quite a long wait for the meals, that's my only negative opinion tho. The staff were very pleasant, one young lady had a great smile. Meals weren't that cheap, most between 12 to 15 pounds, my chicken burger was great, nice and hot and lovely tender chicken cooked perfectly. Splashed out on deserts, found the waffle desert a bit stodgy, apart from that a nice experience all round. Restaurant was clean and the interior design is good.

We had a very enjoyable meal a little later on the evening than we expected so a few things weren't available but still had plenty of choice. Our waitress was very informative and had a lovely smile even so late in the day when I feel sure she was ready for home after a busy evening. Definitely we will go there again and hopefully have the same experience. 😀👏

Great experience. Pleasant surroundings, super friendly and efficient staff, great and speedy, service, good quality food and all for a reasonable price. Kids loved being able to build their own meals so they got exactly what they wanted, brilliant for my picky eater Son. Really cannot fault the value, highly recommended.

Nice food amongst friendly staff who work hard as there are few of them. Enjoyed my lasagne, chips and garlic bread, very tasty.

Although they are being forced to work with a restricted menu, due to national circumstances beyond their control, the food was very good and the service excellent. I chose a Spinach & ricotta cannelloni, whilst my husband went for the sirloin steak. All very tasty, although the steak could have been a touch hotter. The coffee was good and the chocolate tort melted in the mouth - just enough for a treat without blowing a diet! We'll certainly eat here again

Staff here are absolutely fantastic! Couldn't do enough for us. Ordered starters mains and drinks. One of our drinks were refillable and we didn't even need to ask for another drink, our waitress was straight there offering a refill as soon as the glass was empty. Food was cooked perfectly. Will return here without hesitation.

We had booked at the premier inn next door ,upon our arrival our table wasn't ready which wasn't a big problem we had a drink at the bar when it was ready we were left a long time before anyone took our order items were missing from two of our meals when quizzed about it oh we've run out was a quick response onion rings are still being cooked as we speak never arrived 1 hr between starter and main then eventually ordered three deserts only to be told they didn't have two of the three desserts asked for bill was being charged for drinks we didn't order it was resolved also a free round of drinks was given as an acknowledgement of poor quality the staff were very good and friendly not quite sure where the problem lies would I go back here again No had issues with beefeater before so probably won't use premier inns where its a beefeater
