This place is an absolute piece of ART! Perfect location - 5 min. walking distance from the center of the city. The service is great and the rooms are cozy and intimate. I loved that the beds are not very high - a wonderful option if you travel with a baby like us! The living room with the kitchen was absolutely adorable: old books, comfortable sofas, even an acoustic piano!! The interior style is more than charming! There is a small and lovely backyard for the smokers and those who like to drink their coffee and beer outside! I will definitely come again!

Absolutely horrible. It is no where near kid friendly it is exactly the opposite!! We came here late after a long drive in the car and my kids wanted to unpack and get ready for sleep but within the first five minutes the neighbors from downstairs told us to be silent since they were trying to sleep my kids spent the whole time tiptoeing around and whispering they even had to hold in their sneezes! The roof is so awfully low it’s painful we all hit our heads several times including my 5 year old. And most importantly it was so hot in the room it was too hot to handle and the AC was like decoration did nothing. The beds are so small the kitchen and living room are shared?! And also there are so many random big wooden polls all around taking up so much space. The 80lv room consists of 4 small beds and a bathroom. What a waste of money i dont recommend AT ALL too expensive for these conditions.

The owner is such a nice person and called us before our arriving to make sure we know the address etc. The room on the top floor has its chick and we loved it! The whole place is amazing - the interior design was amazingly done (first of a kind we ever met in Bulgaria). The shared spaces and kitchen are amazing!

Perfect little place for a night on ruse. Comfy bed, WiFi, air conditioning, clean linens and towels, and decent bathroom. The sound proofing wasn't great and there wasn't anyone there to assist check out.
