Decent. Has all the basic pet stuff for most pets. especially cat food, dog food, rabbit food, hay and saw dust!

Love this place, all the staff are always so friendly and can't do enough to help you, always have time to chat about pets and pet issues, nothing is too much trouble for them. Would highly recommend a visit, and take your pet along with you!

Took my very timid cat for a groom today. The staff are lovely and it was very reasonable. Can't believe how much hair came out! Would definitely recommend 👌

I went to collect a bottle of cage bird vitamin drops. Previously they ordered this and was sent a pack of 6. I knew I had purchased 4 do didn't ring having been told I was the only person using this product. However there wasn't any left in the store room so it was ordered again. As promised I had a call on the promised day and I now have 6 bottles at home. Highly delighted to be able to get the drops as a larger pet store hasn't had any for a year now and say they can't get it. Just proves who wants my trade.😀

Awful awful awful groomers. No other words for it but my dog has been butchered. Asked for a scissor cut, got shaved. Tail is horrendous. Cut down really short at one end and bushy at the other end. Shaved reslly short all over which is not what I asked for. My poor pup looks such a state. I have rung to complain and am appalled at the customer service. We normally use 2 other groomers in the local area both of which are fantastic. My dog is in there over 2 hours but leaves looking fantastic and happy. No apology. I have been told it is my fault as he needs brushing daily, which he gets and that they do not want to comb him because of the dogs welfare. That's why he was in and out in 50 minutes. Seriously Cerys - you need some customer service skills, appalling.

A great little pet shop! If I’m low on parrot food this is my go to place, they don’t have a lot of parrot stuff but they always have something in stock! Staff and very friendly and helpful too:)

NO LONGER HAVE THE DOG WASH. Staff are really nice and helpful. The Self Dog wash is brilliant !!!!! Wash and dry for £ 7.50. For 15 minutes. Also, they sell these chocolate brownies, which I have not seen before, and you can't get them anywhere else (I have looked humans could eat them you will want to when you see them. ) which my dogs love !!!!! They come in a bag all natural ingredients on offer 2 for £5.00 best dog treats EVER !!!! Love the store in gamston Nottingham !!! Thank you to all who work there and work so hard to please !!!! Very well stocked. Interesting array of products. Helpful, friendly staff. Efficient and easy. We spent double what we planned. Got some great stuff. My large breed dogs, bro n sis. Loved the hairy buffalo ears. At £1.31 each. The half hour or more it took them to eat them, was well worth it. The long rabbit ears went down very well, later in the week. Apparently, the hairs prevent worm problems. Cool.

My wife and I are both disabled. The staff at the Gamston store, are very kind and extremely helpful. In addition to this, they are very knowledgeable, about the products they sell and seem always to go the extra mile.

When I first came here, I found this area is very convenient to have a one-stop service for pets, including pet shop, pet grooming, and veterinary clinic.

I’m not their customer, went there to get an appointment for my cat, some staff went by me and said nothing to me. Had to wait for 10minutes to then tell me they weren’t accepting new customers.

Bit pricey so went elsewhere. Staff nice though

Love this pet shop! The staff are always really helpful and friendly, there's much better quality items than pets at home. A great range of natural treats available and they always have exactly what I'm looking for.

Staff were great, we unfortunately don’t live here so I can’t even bring my pup Frankie regularly, hope we get a pets and friends up north! Frankie loved his visit made his first nail trim so enjoyable and he loved all his treats and attention, thank you Chrissy as you helped us the whole shop trip :)

Did a lovely job of grooming my long-haired cat, absolutely delighted with the quality of the groom, the efficiency of the groomers and the friendliness towards both me and my cat. Would highly recommend them and look forward to returning.

Good service nothing was to much trouble

If you need your dog to be groomed - DO NOT take them here. I took my four month old puppy for her first groom and asked for a natural cut around the eyes, and they instead removed all of her snout hair. I didn’t cause a fuss whilst there but in hindsight I wish I had - really was not okay.

Had my springer groomed here today. Can highly recommend.

Bit of a smaller sized shop than I was expecting and not easy to navigate in a wheelchair. That being said , they had just recently received a delivery band were busy trying to get it away and out of the aisles. Very friendly staff. Looks like a good range of food choices including raw

Pretty good selection of live foods for my pet lizard. Staff are friendly and the get regular deliveries so normally quality of live foods is pretty high. :)

Great shop, pretty much everything you could need for dogs, cats and small pets, and daily bits for reptiles and fish too. Staff are really lovely and willing to help with any issue. Can order in stuff easily if it's not on the shelf for free. Always had a great experience having my dog in the groomers, and definitely happy the dog wash is open again as it's much easier giving my dog a bath there with all the fixtures than at home leaving over a bath and using a hair dryer haha. Would absolutely recommend.

This is well stocked and welcoming shop. Good range of food and accessories, especially given the floor area... Place is like a tardis. Staff are always cheerful and helpful and there are a range of services provided as well. Well worth a visit.

Really recommend this place. Our dog had his first grooming appointment today and it was such a lovely experience! The lady that groomed him was really great in reassuring the him. It was so lovely to see how much love they give to the dogs. They all made us feel so welcome.

Amazing, friendly and very helpful staff. They have great knowledge on many things and therefore very capable of giving advice and help. Would definitely recommend a visit if you're ever worried about your pet. It could potentially save you an expensive visit to the vets.
