Amazing place to get your hair done! I like to get my hair professionally dyed and styled. My photos can speak for themselves. The faded colors for the rainbow hair style was after the colors faded. Recommended products are the "Color Safe Tea Tree Shampoo" and "Color Safe Tea Tree Conditioner" which they also carry! Pictures of products in photos too. Hair still looks like a pastel rainbow even when colors are faded. They have a Tea Tree Moisturizer as well I use as a leave in Conditioner for my hair. Excuse my horrible mug face in the photos though. 😆 The employees here are amazing. Price my be up there a bit with more work done, but you get the best quality of service.👌

I've been using Deserie as my stylist for a few years now and have never walked away unhappy. I always tell her about the length I'm looking for and just let her do her thing! She's always done a fantastic job! Deciding to cut my hair has always been a spur of the moment decision for me so I've never been one to make appointments and just walk in the salon and I'm always met with a smile and a friendly greeting and if she happens to be busy, she's always offered me a seat to wait until she's available. Being able to find a stylist who does a great job and has an awesome personality was a struggle for me, so I'm so glad I came across Deserie! She will be who I choose as my stylist for years to come!!!

If I could rate zero stars i most definitely would It’s apparent after coming to the review section that one of there employees still works there & nothing has been done about her after several bad reviews. Shopping for products… lady(Kayla I believe) with bottom shaved head and color top hair was fair and took care of me, but was unknown of the products that she was selling. I went to buy shampoo/conditioner; total matrix high amplify. Sticker on bottle $15.50. I go to pay and get receipt and it says I was charged $16.50. I’m not one to say much, So I nicely asked why did it charge me $1 more for each bottle? Lady couldn’t tell me why, but boy Desiree sure could. I’m here to say your not a manager/business owner/ anything but a pee on treating customers the way you did. Absolutely disrespectful, rude and unprofessional tone of voice and actions. Desiree’s response when the lady checked me out asked her about it was “the system must have had price increase and we haven’t changed the stickers…”(with a ugly tone) ok, but that’s not my fault but she proceeded to tell me it wasn’t hers either…. I’m like YOUR THE ONE ‘RUNNING’ THIS PLACE! I was buying for the price on the bottle and as I went to return them she was hateful and a smart***. Told me I could gladly return them, I said yes, that’s why I’m standing right here!who cares about $2, it was Bc I was to the point that she wasn’t going to belittle a customer with her poor customer service skills. I’d been happy to pay the price if she had a knowledge the wrong price nicely and apologized and tried to help or make it right but she didn’t bother to care, instant hateful tone. They definitely lost business from me/my family /friends. Walmart does better customer service than that! DO BETTER!

I called from my work-phone twice today and was hung up on the first time, and then interrupted and hung up on the second time with "we're not interested" instead of providing a proper and polite response like I would expect "business professionals" to do, however, I guess that cannot be expected out of Smart Style Hair Salon. I used to use their services, but I do not tolerate nasty attitudes so there's that. Don't expect good customer service, that's for sure.

I use Desiree as my stylist, I moved from oklahoma a year ago and I like a razor cut cause of my hairstyle shes the 1st one I tried and never stopped going to her, her and her stylist are good people
