definitely

after
coming

that
one
of
there
employees
still
works
there
&
nothing
has
been
done
about
her
after
several
bad
reviews.
Shopping
for
productsā¦
lady(Kayla
I
believe)
with
bottom
shaved
head
and
color
top
hair
was
fair
and
took
care
of
me,
but
was
unknown
of
the
products
that
she
was
selling.
I
went
to
buy
shampoo/conditioner;
total
matrix
high
amplify.
Sticker
on
bottle
$15.50.
I
go
to
pay
and
get
receipt
and
it
says
I
was
charged
$16.50.
Iām
not
one
to
say
much,
So
I
nicely
asked
why
did
it
charge
me
$1
more
for
each
bottle?
Lady
couldnāt
tell
me
why,
but
boy
Desiree
sure
could.
Iām
here
to
say
your
not
a
manager/business
owner/
anything
but
a
pee
on
treating
customers
the
way
you
did.
Absolutely
disrespectful,
rude
and
unprofessional
tone
of
voice
and
actions.
Desireeās
response
when
the
lady
checked
me
out
asked
her
about
it
was
āthe
system
must
have
had
price
increase
and
we
havenāt
changed
the
stickersā¦ā(with
a
ugly
tone)
ok,
but
thatās
not
my
fault
but
she
proceeded
to
tell
me
it
wasnāt
hers
eitherā¦.
Iām
like
YOUR
THE
ONE
āRUNNINGā
THIS
PLACE!
I
was
buying
for
the
price
on
the
bottle
and
as
I
went
to
return
them
she
was
hateful
and
a
smart***.
Told
me
I
could
gladly
return
them,
I
said
yes,
thatās
why
Iām
standing
right
here!who
cares
about
$2,
it
was
Bc
I
was
to
the
point
that
she
wasnāt
going
to
belittle
a
customer
with
her
poor
customer
service
skills.
Iād
been
happy
to
pay
the
price
if
she
had
a
knowledge
the
wrong
price
nicely
and
apologized
and
tried
to
help
or
make
it
right
but
she
didnāt
bother
to
care,
instant
hateful
tone.
They
definitely
lost
business
from
me/my
family
/friends.
Walmart
does
better
customer
service
than
that!
DO
BETTER!
