    Wasted 15 minutes… put in a mobile order and tried to go through the drive thru- no answer. Walked inside but no employees w/ everything on. Called to make sure they were safe and chick answered and was like we just in the back prepping my bad. Atleast lock the door or put up a sign. Glad the mobile app lets u cancel

    It was the absolute worst, ordered a sour cream and chive potato, all.i got was a burnt potato with very few chives. No straws for drinks, they was not taking orders in drive thru until car at window pulled away. DON'T GO HERE IF YOU ONLY GET 30 MIN LUNCH BREAK

    I got breakfast bacon ater. The cheese was cold but other than that good. There fries for breakfast were great. My friends with me all liked there food. The restaurant was clean but badly decorated.

    We walked in during breakfast time. The bathrooms were nasty. As we entered, I could hear someone yell from the kitchen that eggs were out and to not take any orders. I wanted eggs and we decided to leave.

    Lady taking orders in drive thru needs to work at a circus. Rude wouldn’t even come close. People in the back can’t get an order that is printed, digitized,& displayed everywhere. Start back with the basics and work back to making this store somewhat worth getting a cheeseburger.

    Although 5 people were in the kitchen area (1 on drive-thru) It has never been so slow. I was the 2nd person inside and 2 cars were in the drive-thru but it took 20 minutes to get my order. (6 junior cheeseburger deluxe 's and 2 large cups of chilli.) The person in front of me waited 14 minutes for his order, a burger, fries and a drink..

    After waiting in line for over 30 minutes we get home and our food is raw!! Beyond upset I get there is people that are short staffed but this is crazy…
