    Very misleading information from one employee to the next. Came in one evening wanting to do 6 months leasing and they were fine with me taking it home same day. The next morning a different employee says if it’s leased it can’t be picked up and has to be delivered. Delivery times aren’t flexible for those who can’t take off work to let them in.

    We've bought multiple things here never had a bad experience until this time we go in by riding mower ask them about our first month free or for cheaper because we are returning customers that have bought and paid off in the past she says oh I don't know if we can do that but we'll see what we can do so we settle on a dollars four days later they're telling me my first payment of $400 is due I said I thought it was good for a month oh no you have to pay on the 1st I said I understand but I thought it was the first of next month I just came in and paid the money I just got the mower like a week ago apparently on seasonal items that isn't the case so they call and wake us up early on the 5th and tell us our payment is late this is how we find out I said no I'm supposed to get till the 1st they're like no you have to pay this month I said I just paid something well that was just to get it you still have to pay on the 1st and you're late bad communication

    What has happened to customer service. Customer service used to be important, not so much now in this day and time. I am paying on a refrigerator and washer from this company. I pay monthly, on time each and every month. Never late! The Maytag I bought has a lid lock problem and this is the third time it has quit working. They just dropped it off a 2 days ago and it has quit again, I called them immediately and told them it has quit again. The girl I spoke with Kemily wanted me to lift the washer up and look under it and make sure it is level and the drain pump isn't touching the floor. I am not going to lift that washer up and look under it. That is out of the question. I have sat here all day waiting to hear from someone and it is 6 pm now. I have called 3 times asking when they are going to be here. You know every time you call each person does not know you or what is going on. This last time I called they said there was an emergency with a driver and I was ask if I could wait till next week. This is a Friday so I guess they don't run trucks on weekends. Although, I am sorry there was an emergency with a driver. There is no way I can wait. I have my granddaughter living with me, I can't go for days without a washer. I am paying and I need a washer. I even talked to the manager Michael (didn't realize at the time it was the manager as he did not tell me that) and he said he would find out what was going on and let me know. An hour later I call again and spoke with Kemily and that is when I was ask to wait. I ask to talk with the manager again and he said he would deliver the washer himself but did not know how late it would be when he gets here. Two men showed up at my house (not the manager, which is fine) at 8:30 pm and brought me a replacement washer, the same replacement I had before. They did not look happy either. I will NEVER buy another thing from this store. I bought many things from Aaron's in Bossier City Louisiana and customer service was always top rate! I lived 30 minutes away then too. I really cannot recommend this store to a serious buyer. If things change I will update this review.

    This Aarons is poorly ran! 1. They set up certain times to show up and they are a no show, no call. 2. They call even when you tell them you work nights and call after 3 pm. 3. They make poor excuses as to why they don't show up. When a person operates this type of business and they set up a certain time they should not schedule out of town deliveries or pickups for that time or at least call the customer and let them know. 4. Showed up after 6 and left a hanging tag on the door again with a no call.

    Ordered furniture they came to deliver the furniture after already taking the payment and did not leave the furniture. I was told that they would bring it back after another delivery and then they never came back. Called the store, the manager was rude and said basically he couldn't do anything about it.

    I visited Aaron's out of necessity, my washer went out and I needed a new one. I came home with a set. Love em. I don't like the high price but for a lease to own store Aaron's is probably the best. I couldn't afford to have a washer and dryer without them. The staff is nice and the payment options are convenient.

    Very friendly staff. Greets you when you walk in the door. Very attentive to your needs and getting your needs taken care of. Store is clean and in good repair with the sales floor stocked with plenty of product ti chose from.
