Parkway Dental is so AWESOME!! I LOVE THE FRIENDLY STAFF! 🥳AND DR. KIRBY!!!💚 You can feel the kindness and the love they show for their patients, because they have truly shown it to me! When you enter the building...you are greeted with a pleasant smile and a quick conversation and that makes a big difference in a person's life.😊

Stephanie the dental hygienist is friendly knowledgeable and truly cares about her patients. Dr. Kirby is amazing with my 8 year old son and eases his anxiety and takes her time showing him everything she is going to do before she does it. Highly recommend this place!

I just recently was able to schedule an appointment with Parkway Dental and Dr Brooks on some major work I need done, and I was amazed that on my first call, I was greeted by phone with super kindness, and compassion for what I was needing done. I was scheduled within a week to start my process, and have now been to my first two appointments in the last week, and my third is only 7-12 days later, and I have never felt more comfortable and cared about in a Dental office than Parkway Dental. I can’t wait to complete my journey from extraction to a new set. And all the girls from the front desk to the Hygienist, you all have made my first experience simply the best. I have used this place for years, Dr Simmons has retired and there are new owners. New office is nice- The one gripe I have is a completely RUDE letter about my CREDIT aka money they owe me. So if I don't call and update the address then they will charge 25.00 a month. So with that being said- I had already called them 6 months ago, asking about a refund. Also note that I had a teeth cleaning and a cavity repair within that time frame. So both times it was asked on my correct address. So I would recommend to the new owners this isn't a good business practice. Technically I should get interest off the money that has been owed to me. I am on the fence about finding a new dentist office. It just isn't the same.

What a great experience! The facility is absolutely beautiful. The staff is friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Dr. Amy is just the best!

Not happy with my experience there what so ever! Dr Kirby was not nice at all. She was also very judgemental. I came in with awful pains and confirmed it’s because of cavities and I knew that. But I called to make sure I can have the X-ray and filling or whatever I needed the SAME DAY they ensured me they can and then they never did. They sent me home with medicine and won’t see me until TUESDAY And I went THURSDAY. Overall, l will not deal with them! If you go in with teeth pain and expect it to get fixed you’ll be lying to yourself along with them!
