Why
a
two
star
rating
for
a
hotel
that
I
gave
5
stars
for
rooms,
service,
and
location?
Clientele
is
why.
Formerly
a
Holiday
Inn
property,
this
hotel
has
been
renovated
and
I
was
happy
with
ours.
The
entire
property
(it
does
appear
a
portion
of
the
property
is
closed
for
renovation)
is
in
good
repair.
Inexplicably
the
pool
was
quite
cold
in
mid
August.
The
problem
is
the
room
rates
are
too
low
and
they're
attracting
some
shady
people.
One
was
above
us
and
had
turned
his
room
into
a
disco,
complete
with
disco
lights
and
the
loud
music
to
match.
The
smell
of
alcohol
was
extreme.
Another
group
was
sitting
at
the
pool
deck,
drinking
beer
and
smoking
pot,
while
small
children
swam.
They
had
their
music
so
loud
it
was
hard
to
speak
over
it.
This
is
what
I
would
expect
out
of
a
Motel
6,
not
a
Clarion
property.
They
would
do
well
to
raise
the
rates
about
$40
a
night
and
this
should
remove
the
bad
clientele,
as
this
should
be
a
family
friendly
property.
