out
tonight.
Checked
the
wait
time
on
the
online
order
site
as
they
recommended
and
it
says
30
min.
Great.
Order
our
food
and
about
25
minutes
later
we
get
a
“your
order
is
on
its
way”
awesome.
Another
hour
passes
and
we
still
don’t
have
our
food.
So
we
give
a
courtesy
call
to
make
sure
things
were
still
in
route.
A
man
answers
the
phone
and
immediately
puts
on
hold.
We
hold
for
about
6
minutes
and
finally
hang
up
and
call
back,
maybe
our
call
got
dropped.
The
same
man
answers
the
phone
and
immediately
yells
“nope!
We
can’t
take
anymore
orders”
and
tries
to
hang
up.
We
get
his
attention
and
tell
him
that
we
were
checking
on
an
order
we
placed
well
over
an
hour
before
now.
The
man
proceeds
to
be
loud
with
us
saying
we
should
have
checked
the
“wait”
time
and
wouldn’t
even
let
us
talk.
So
we
just
canceled
our
order.
