I enjoyed my stay here. Be aware of charges on your credit card, from this Fairfield Inn location, that I have not encountered from other Fairfield Inns during my travels across country. Using her rewards points, my daughter made me reservations for one night. At checkout, I requested and received a receipt, showing a zero balance. That afternoon, after I arrived home, I was reviewing my credit card charges and noticed a charge for $30.00 and another charge for $20.00 from this Fairfield Inn. I called and spoke with a nice young lady by the name of Kimberly. I questioned the charges and was told that the $30.00 was a security deposit, which I understand. I was also told that the $20.00 was a miscellaneous fee deposit that I did not understand. I asked when my card would be credited for these 2 fees and was told it would be 1 to 2 weeks. I explained that during my travels across county, I usually reserve a room at either Fairfield Inn or The Marriott and security deposits are usually credited within a couple of days, not 1 to 2 weeks, which is not acceptable. I still didn't understand what the miscellaneous deposit was for and I have never been charged this fee before either. I guess that I will be in contact with Fairfield Inn by Marriott and try to have my card credited in a timely manner. I have always enjoyed my stay at both Fairfield Inn and The Marriott and I will continue to use both, however I will be more cautious to question any extraneous charges that may occur.

This place was just fantastic. The only thing that I would say is the AC unit in our room 101 sounds like a helicopter landing LOL other than that beautiful all the way to the jazz music in the lobby. Love Love this place! Staff was the most excellent yet! Thanks for the great visit and stay Fairfield!

My wife, stepdaughter, and I are currently staying there (indefinitely) due to a house fire and the staff are absolutely amazing housekeeping is extremely thorough maintenance has been very helpful front desk could not be nicer if they tried they have all been amazing during such a trying time in our lives. They have cookies throughout the day great breakfast indoor pool and hot tub and they just got a brand new security system too so its safe.

This is a wonderful hotel. Soft beds, hit water and the feeling of security is a plus...very convenient location about 3 blocks from Interstate 40 and a array of restaurants very close by to choose from! I would definitely stay here again♥️

Decent clean hotel. Extremely limited parking. No room for large box trucks or trailers. If you are going with a trailer or box truck, there is no parking available at the hotel or around it. That is the reason for the 4 star rating.

Best Marriott property I have been too thus far! From the first call to the evening I actually stayed! What an experience! Drake took such good care of us!!! The staff from management Nick to housekeeping Lu everyone has been so professional and nice! The hotel itself was so clean, in a remote busy location around food and gas stations, and lastly price was well worth it.

Best Staff. Very Nice. This had to be the CLEANEST hotel we have ever stopped at. Great stay. The breakfast could have been better but it wasn't bad. It was hot but. Maybe they could order the food from a different place.

Location is good right near Interstate 40. Lots of lights in parking lot, didn't worry about my vehicle at night. Never any cheap rooms left when you drive up at 11 pm with no reservation but that is normal. Room was very nice. Quick breakfast in the morning and back on the road.

Called around 11pm, Katie was VERY welcoming and sincere on the phone. She said she had the rooms that’s we needed and she’d see us soon. We showed up, she was very sweet and kind. Did a great job getting us rooms close, treated us to a complimentary bottle water, explained breakfast clearly. She never seemed bothered, busy, or occupied. The rooms were great, shower was hot, and they had great hand held breakfast options to go. I got the Croissant Sandwich and it was great. We will definitely return. Thanks again Katie. Nicole at the front desk was so sweet. She went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. Room was clean, bed was comfy, shower was hot and breakfast was good. Will definitely be staying here again when traveling through here.

The bathroom door wouldn't close all the way. The double bed rooms are tiny beds. Other than that pretty nice. Big breakfast!

Great hotel! The front desk was nice. The first room we was put in, looked like they wasn’t finish cleaning the tub so we asked to be switched which wasn’t no problem. Our second room was much better! Breakfast was good, lots of choices to choose from.

The front desk is awesome! The evening is great and the morning is super too. The food is far above anything I’ve had all 5 months of traveling this year. Thanks so much to this crew!!!
