They recently had a fire and more than half of the store is masked off. Only produce and pharmacy available.

It's rather disappointing that every other walmart in the area is stocked better than the one that's in my neighborhood. The biggest areas of shelve stocking issues for me is soft lines (clothes) and automotive. The way the store is currently stocked in those areas you almost have to dig through everything to find what you need. It would be great if management could focus on getting the items in the right place on the shelf.

So I've been here several times, managment- so helpful 🙂, employees-not so helpful🙄. Just download the app to price check things on your own. Good variety in their food section. One of the only places I have had the luck of finding Firm toothbrushes! Also found pre-workout.

I Always find what I need. Super satisfied! My son found a bike that he loved and I got it in Red! I especially love the Cricut Crafts selection! Always stocked. They have beautiful glass centerpieces for awesome DIY projects and blanks for sublimation crafts.

Got an appointment to go to the pharmacy to get the Johnson& Johnson shot. Waited for the shot then they told me that they didn't want to open another batch of the Johnson& Johnson tried to force me to take the other shot instead of the one I came in for or my choice was to come back another day. That is completely ridiculous. I do not recommend ever coming to this Walmart

Great!!!! Nice and neat. Employees wasn't dirty looking and smelling like weed. Fast cashiers. Maybe the store manager should sent other store managers some tips. H street walmart is ghetto and employees are dirty looking and losers. Not all. A few decent ones with some sense and manners.

I do my grocery shopping here they always have the lowest prices on everything they also have a deli dept one stop shopping everything you need. There was a 🔥 in the back of the store so the store only offering the deli, bakery, grocery and toiletries until the repair the store.

Why on Super Bowl Sunday did you only have 3 check out line available. You should’ve been prepared for the rush. Even your shelves weren’t properly stocked. The self check out line was wrapped around into the produce section. Get your overnight people to properly stock the shelves so your day time people are out of the way of shoppers. And get some cashiers or at least learn when to call cashiers to registers to help with crowds of people. Stood in line for 30 minutes yesterday. You’ve got to do better!

Manager Jason was not helpful at all, ignored me the entire way to get formula. After I was trying to express how inconvenient it is to have no sign to tell you where to go or button to get service like every other Walmart. I got sent to 3 different people and had to walk across the entire place 3 times. And he could care less that it was an inconvenience to me. Then refused to give me 10 cans when the rule is 5 cans per child per day, I have twins and every other Walmart gives me 10 cans. Yet he wants to give me a hard time. Great customer service. NOT!!!!! Horrible experience. Horrible place.

Charlie from the entertainment section of the store was helpful and patient! He explained that in-order to purchase a Simcard from a company you’d have to first buy a prepaid phone. Although that isn’t what I wanted. Charlie took his time to explain what I could do and tries to help me! Overall good experience but the policies of the phone companies are just very difficult, They can’t be straight forward with peoples request because all I wanted to do is purchase a simcard to work for my phone. Thanks to Charlie though for explaining it.

Not enough cashiers open on busy days. It gets frustrating. Customer service is here and there, they lady at self checkout was helpful this time. Other times so don’t have the same experiences. I go here because this is semi decent than the one closest to home.

I totally Enjoyed it It had Everything I was looking for Especially Graduation Bears For College Students Loved there Selections. keep on doing the good work here with out hassles or dramas I am disabled I had to go to the bathroom immediately when I came into the store on the scooter, I was just amazed how security followed me in to check behind me I had no problem because I usually don’t carry scooter In bathroom but my legs were not working well that day I needed support along with my daughter. Thanks so much for them checking it out they did there job well. Then I was able to go out and spend about 400.00 for my daughters school studying abroad in Ghana Africa……Be Blessed To Be A Blessing Please 🙏✝️💜

This particular Walmart location gets a true and honest rating of 3.5 since there are no initial half ratings on here, I’ll round it down to a 3. I go here at least once a week every month and selection and prices as well as quality round out pretty high all things considered. However the customer service and friendliness is lackluster hence the low overall rating. You will be quicker finding an uncommon Walmart item to purchase, via your Walmart app, thank thank you would asking an employee. Shop with diligence #HappyLivingFolks #AbasiAkanKnows

The wait to go through the self check out was beyond ridiculously long. I had about 5-7 items. However, about 3 basket in front of me, this lady had well over 100 items and that is no exaggeration. She has to have touched literally every section of that store. Buggies like that should be sent to cashier. Not the 2 lines assigned for self check out. We spent over an hour in this store & again we only had 5-7 items.

Saw a double rod for 18.88. Got to self checkout, it rang for 24 something. I spoke to an associate who wanted to play let's make a deal. She offered to mark it to 22.88. I said no thank you. Instead of going to check the price she just took it and walked away. Great customer service skills. I did match up all the numbers before going to pay for it. I've worked in retail 26 plus years for 2 different stores.

The BEST store EVER ! It's the only place I shop for several reasons. First its teams are professional and friendly and behave more like relationship managers than schleps. It's big, decent, got some very good prices on many items. Doing construction, renovation there. Disappointed in looking for two items that a Walmart employee told me to get them. But not only were the aisles wrong that she suggested, but the products weren't there either. If she told me that she didn't know, that would've been so much better.

I arrived at roughly 6:40 am and came in because the store advertises as open. I asked at LEAST 5 people for help in electronics and no one knows anybody with a key to get a usb chord out of the case. No manager, no department worker; nothing! How are you a functional business without the ability to help customers with all needs?! The store looks beautiful, but if this is how you are “helping” the customer, I don't want it.

It's always in good shape with Walmart 🙂 seen one you seen them all. The energy or the customers determine the area which they build the Walmart. Always impressed with their diversity shopping and workers the only critique I have for Walmart is have more visible cleaning staff because of the traffic they always have

Disapointing and confusing why would the store use 1 entrance to enter and exit out of while times are transitioning due to Viruses. Really confusing to understand, listening to frustrated customers talk about the same issue. Purposely insensitivity by management

Very nice place. I come here because they have motorized wheelchairs and I am disabled. The other Walmart s have none or they are always broken. The staff is nice and helpful. I gave it only 4 stars because the shelves were empty today. No Comet powder, no dish liquid or the detergent I like. I guess between Christmas and the winter storm warning they haven't replenished yet

For my Paint & Sip painters. If you need help with writing on your canvas or tracing the black lines around objects. Consider buying acrylic pens. I found these at Walmart. Great price and they work like a charm.
