The staff is atleast freindly and helpful. Rustenburg is a very warm area where you need air conditioning during your stay, especially during summer or the warmer months. Coming from Mpumalanga Highlands, one is not used to the high temperatures during the day. Unfortunately, the facility does not provide air conditioning which can be adjusted to each guest needs as a central cooling system is installed, which work brilliantly if it is turned on. During my stay we had a couple of warm evenings and the air conditioning was turned off at night which resulted in loss of sleepthat I could not sleep. One does understand that it is impossible to cater to everyone's needs. The remote unit mounted on the wall to adjust temperatures in the room is out of order. Food was provided in abundance but was of good quality. Office staff were very helpful and accommodating regarding the whole situation. THANK YOU KOMODO! The guest house is situated in the middle of town but one does feel safe and at home. Good accommodation at a fair price.

Lovit I'm here for 3 weeks Dominique and her staff is very professional. If you have a issue they fix it by giving 110 percent. They really go the extra mile or seven. Chef you are a fantastic person. Well done guys

I booked with my employer and on the first night I was told that it is standard to be served dinner even though I had requested for vouchers. On the second night, I was told that I forfeit the voucher because I don't want their food. This is was upsetting because my employer makes provision for vouchers. The service I received was unprofessional, the standard rooms carpet is not clean. The breakfast is sub standard. I will definitely not be coming back and I have cut my stay short. Lack of planning and communication among staff is clients fault as I was told I couldn't have a room key because someone before me left with it. I didn't see how this was my problem.

Probably one of the best places I've ever stayed at. They are so friendly, the rooms are clean comfortable and spacious. Godfried the chef is very helpful and I would recommend his food to anyone! Will definitely recommend to anyone!

Sadly, what is depicted on the website is not what you get. The table in the room had crumbs on it and the carpet felt dirty. That set the tone for the stay unfortunately. The Wifi in my room was very slow. The service was great and the staff were helpful and friendly.

I would have given it a 5 star rating only if i was given the garden room, i was in the main house with 3kids, my last one is still on the bottle so i needed the kitchen sink and microwave. Otherwise the service was good i know if i went down to main house kitchen and asked to wash the bottles they wouldn't have said no just that i was upstairs so it would have been also an exercise to go down everyday to wash them. If you go, ask for the garden rooms they are beautiful, main house rooms are just okay.

Its my second time visiting this place ,and I found it very good and clean. Few things needed to be improved WiFi it's bad in the outside rooms Also the shower has that bad smell at night. The breakfast it's good and mostly delicious food.

Modern, which is a plus, they didn't have air-conditioning in the room I got, but friendly people, amazing chef and its actually a beautiful place to spend your afternoon reading or lazing around in the garden and patio. The only downside for me was that, the door lock had problems, they came to fix it a lot of times, but I think they should throw the whole thing away and buy a new one.

I've had a pleasant experience. The chef is amazing, Staff is kind, rooms are cozy. There was a big of disorganization from the reception in the beginning but they sorted it out and it was a overall good stay. Peaceful too. Definitely recommend it. 👍
