The room I was is is furnished with very old unmaintained furniture. No fridge I the room. Outside the room there is very poor cleaning of the area, looks like a place where people left years ago.

The conference venue was poor with the bathrooms too few for the number of delegates. There was no-one to clean up. Tea, coffee and supper was late. Rooms were really very poor. With a little bit of attention, this could be a beautiful place.

The place is a dump do not go there. The pictures posted do not show the real state of the place. Paid a lot of money for my stay arrive there only to find a damp smelling room that caused me to have allergies whereby my eyes were itching. I went back to the reception and was given another 2 rooms to check which were just the same. The toilets and bath was stained brown. Furniture is from the 1980s and broken, no fridge, no aircon. Stay away from this place. The place is so bad theres cockroaches in the reception area itself. Had to find accommodation at 10pm at night somewhere else. I felt sorry for another family who was all the way from Kimberly and stranded late at night just like our family.

I really liked how helpful the staff was at the place, if you had an issue, the cleaning staff addressed it for you, didn't need to go to reception to complain. The breakfast was good, we did not know that you had to notify them in advance of dietary requirements but there are other restaurants not far from the hotel. The rooms was clean and serviced daily. The pools were nice. There was no alacarte menu to order from at the restaurant. Pricing is quite reasonable at the hotel with breakfast, I would recommend this place for your stay in Rustenburg if you are looking for reasonably priced accommodation.

The hotel is in a nice area. They don't bother to clean it, i.e. sweeping the outside corridors. The rooms were very filthy, they don't clean the tiles. When you come with clean feet you go with dirty feet. They don't put enough towels according to them no of people. They do not come and add bath soapsetc. Milk for the coffee not enough. I liked thee food. There was plenty of food nicely cooked. I stayed there for two days, on the second day when I came back from my sight seeing I found they had booked someone in. Although it was solved later but I had my staff in there. They must employ enough staff to clean the place.

Friendly staff, AMAZING food. Nice get away. Beautiful animals roaming around.

I stayed here from the 22 till the 25.the room is bad there is open sockets there are stains everywhere And the wifi is horrible the signal is bad.there is only 2 channels on the TV overall a pretty bad experience.i recommend coming here for 1-2 days cause this place is not good for long term.

Ideal venue for business functions. Large and neat conference facilities with good catering for delegates during breaks.

The gorgeous and picturesque Safari hotel and convention hosted us this past weekend with our gala event and wow!! What a stunning location, beautiful reception and cobvention area... absolutely stunning and delicious food. And absolutely wonderful place!

Last week I was fortunate enough to enjoy a long weekend stay with Safari Hotel and convention center. It was incredible. Firstly the views are literally to die for and the service is 12/10 The dinning area is absolutely breathtaking with a Titanic feel to it. I had the time of my life. Highly recommend

During my stay limited to no WiFi signal was received. After requesting some assistance a router was provided. After a group on conference was booked in, the router was removed and staff refused to provide a router again while the group was on dinner break just for a while for the rest of us who had urgent work to finished for the next day. I would strongly recommend not to stay here for any business trips.

I was there for training, friendly staff but Thaba1 and 2 Aircons were not functional and Fans we used.Proper aircon Maintenance is needed there.

I attended the Valentines Day dinner in the Perron 8 coach. Visiting from joburg. It was such an incredible and elegant dining experience. Chef David and Patricia went out of their way to ensure we had a great time, food and presentation was on point :)!

I had a beautiful stay.the only challenge was outside the rooms is not clean.i don't know if it might be ,because of lot of trees. And the was a room dinner service.wooow I was impressed by the chefs.the food was very delicious and the creativity of presenting the food . Keep up the good work

During a 3 day business trip I became acutely aware of the renovations the hotel underwent. Since my last visit renovations was underway and the long wait finally arrived. The spacious restaurant area left me in awe. It was easy to menouvre around and the visibility of the kitchen through the windows placed the hotel in a league of its own. The highlight of the 3 days was the "old train" converted into a London scenery/platform. Remarkable indeed. Your choose of paintings provided an ambiance out of this world. Albeit, 3 things that prevented a 5 star award. 1. The rooms down the 312 corridor has a very disturbing echo when other guest talk and disturb the peace. 2. The catering can improve by providing a larger desert menu and morning condiments for breakfast. 3. Provide carport parking especially during the rainy storms or hot summer days. Being a loyal guest for more than 10 years I have witness your positive improvements. Lastly, a shout out to your wonderful staff from maintenance who ensured that my room is provided with a bar fridge for the safekeeping of my insulin to a smile from the receptionist. Keep it up and may you grow from strength to strength. Indeed, I see forward to my next visit. Mr Engel

What a beautiful place to go especially if I have kids.There is a pool fir for adults and children

It is a very nice place for just 1night, we went there as a family of 3,wife husband and our son. Admin guy was friendly the only thing that didn't sit well with us was the TV it's only Sabc 2,3 and Etv and it was not even clear, and also we only had 1 bottle of 350ml warm water because there was no fridge in our room also mind you we were 3.we ask the kitchen they couldn't help us and we were all so thirsty and their bar was closed. We hope if we gonna go back to have a better service
