This place needs atten9, the bed is uncomfortable. They don't change the sheets for a duration of your stay. Boring breakfast, same thing every. Scrumbled are not great for everyone. The sheets are way too old and lost color. The rooms are not sound proof. I hate the fact that I need to go out and buy food with only 3 restaurants as options. The phones in the rooms are not working, it's so boring and annoying.

Great location. But the rooms are very outdated, clean but not aesthetically pleasing at all. The TV channels are not great as well. Some Netflix and showmax would have been nice.

Super friendly and helpful staff. The manager clearly cares about the patrons and his staff. Loved my stay here!

Small rooms no regrigerators, they didnt have a corkscrew. Staff is very friendly, although the cleaner insisted on cleaning my room even though i had dnd sign on my door. Smh. Anyway... it wss ok to stay for business but my rooms are very very tiny

Stayed at this hotel recently. Room was clean and reception was fine with check in. Towels were in an ok condition. Breakfast was ok with some variety. Scrambled eggs, chicken sausages, bake beans, bacon. Muffins and croissants. Corn and bran flakes, yogurt, some diced fruit, toast, tomatoes, lettuce. They also have a diner service which I did not try. Only snag was that I heard people trying to access my room. Seems like my room was allocated to someone else. What if I was not in the room and someone else accessed the room with my belongings.

Rooms is normal... Only few TV channels... No microwave staff was very nice.... Breakfast was delicious

Staff is very friendly and their service is impeccable! Rooms are clean, love the clean rooms and bedding. Breakfast offering could be improved, it's limited. Please can you add an ice cream machine or vending machine? Especially during the hot summer season. 🙏

Nicely located of the Bakwena N4 highway, courteousl service upon arrival the rooms are very clean and secure parking for your vehicle,. Its surrounded by shopping malls thst posses all your hearts desires.

This hotel was really good for the price I payed. If your on a business trip then this is the place for you. Peaceful and easily accessible

Awesome place very good rooms and beds. The only thing is that they dont serve dinner on site.

They kept my tablet as l forgot, but l had to call them that's bad not a good customer service please improve. In your showers water is leaking. Please look at it . Breakfast was short of other things like lettuce we were told the truck didn't bring some orders. It's not customers problem management. Reception lovely lady who helped me promptly. But hey night Reception it was like they were forced to come to work. Ijjjooo many people are looking for those jobs you have they will kill for it. Please take them to training again. 🙏

The hotel has a nice entrance, but with a small parking. The rooms are nice, but without a mini fridge and a small wardrobe. I enjoyed their chessy russians at breakfast, but they serve the same breakfast everyday.

The service & their breakfast was good but they don't have fridges in the rooms that was the only thing that i didn't like...

The place was alright. It's well kept and clean. The only downside was that the room telephone wasn't working so I literally have to go down to the reception whenever I needed things like a shower cap and an iron.

My preferred place to stay in whenever I am in Rustenburg without burning your pocket & with the staff that are attentive to the customers needs.

The most unpleasant stay I've ever had. Nothing was working. Elevator wasn't working we used the stairs and we were on the 4th floor. Their phone's weren't working either, it's as though it was just put there for display. As if that's not enough to put any guest off; we woke up to a cold shower all the rooms were without hot water. We were traveling in a group everyone was just appalled by the conditions we endured. The breakfast wasn't bad though.

Located centrally in the Rustenburg area with modern, clean facilities and ample, secure parking. Staff is friendly and efficient. Air conditioning electronic control panel is not intuitive or user friendly. Lack of a pictogram with clear instructions will result in some visitors not being able to operate the air conditioner. The air conditioning does not work during loadshedding. Breakfast is provided, however there is no restaurant to dine. Good value for money, minor attention to detail will make this a definite.

The showers at the rooms are poorly maintained and inside the bathroom there is nothing like shower caps and extra towels, I mean they are now operating at minimum input and maximum gain which in the long run will kill the business
