Today was not the best meal I have ever had at Coffee Lavie. There is no menu at this stage we were told so I ordered a Sunrise breakfast for R50 and my friend had a quiche. (Price increase we were told) The cappuccino had no foam, my egg was ice cold and the toast was paper thin. We ordered a second cappuccino and they got one right with foam the other not. Although the staff are very friendly the food was really not up to standard, sorry. I can have the same breakfast elsewhere for R35.

Egg cold... toast too thin and hard... coffee not hot. Will not recommend.

Delicious cakes and friendly people. Carrot, hummingbird and caramel forest cakes is highly recommended. Oh.... also try the cheese cake. My favorite.
