Been coming here for years when ever I am passing through Rustenburg, the constant upgrade keeps this Mall always feeling modern and a great place to visit. Large selection of stores, restaurants and lots and lots of parking.

A beautiful mall, not really big but more like a shopping centre that has all the shops you need from restaurants, food and clothing shops. They follow COVID19 protocols. There is always security at the door, a working sanitizer and all in all it is very clean and appealing to the eyes,especially the mountain view and those beautiful houses that you see from the mall. I love this mall a lot

Just sad that midtown clothes are better than Edgar's, jet and so on. And no Pump store. I am waterfall east don't wanna drive all the way to Rustenburg mall. And it's been a high jacking hot spot......Even pep at Safari gardens are better the waterfall mall. It's a shame. Once upon a time it was a juwel.

It's a great place to do all your shopping at once, the mall has most retail stores that you would look for or want to pop into. It has a cinema and an Arcade, there's really alot to do with family and friends

What an amazing Mall. So many awesome shops with many great well known brands. A total pleasure to shop.

Best mall ever

Very poor regarding toilets.. theirs about 5 or 6 toilet facilities in this mall, ..yet only 1 operating..its been 2 days like this ,(for maintenance purposes they should consider rotating the rooms to avoid almost total block off ) especially with paying people in the mall ..and then the only bathroom has all removed toilet seats,. even cashiers say they struggle, sad when you're in a rush or urgently need the bathroom and no one worries,..no sign to tell you ither untill you've walked the entire mall and back.

Convenient for inclusive shopping, you can get everything you need in a limited time

It's mostly the mall you go to, if you want to watch a movie or do some shopping with no hassle.

The mall is great and has a lot of shops and parking. I love that Dischem is now inside the mall now. My issue is the parking payment point. Just 1?👀No guys and I had to ask someone because there was no one at the information desk.

Very nice and all the typical Johannesburg stores are there. Nice set up and a lot of undercover parking for those hot summer days. Parking is R10 for an hour which is affordable.

I love the lots of secure parking. Lots of food outlets restaurants and shops. 😊

You have to have money to go to the mall or you will have to watch other people enjoy... Understand na enjoyment 🤟🏽

On Sunday afternoons there are more parking close to the shops. The only thing there is not propper parking for the eldery.

I mean it was a lovely experience we went to the arcade, we bought ice cream we saw people who was seating on (air I mean it was fake but it was still cool ) the we went to the wheel it was fun and I really recommend this place please like and follow me thanks for reading

The place is amazing...nd the security guards...they are friendly nd helpful. The floor its always clean...if its not...theres someone cleaning where theres a mess. A place to always shop at..

Waterfall mall is an experience. It's clean and spacious. It also has a variety of shops and little bit of entertainment with their arcade and movie theatre. The best part for me is the location. It's surrounded by mountains and beautiful buildings on them.

The mall itself was clean and airy. The parking attendants were very helpful. The security officers were available everywhere and were helpful. The center is very spread out. Nice for a long stroll around in a safe environment.

Easy to navigate around the mall, has most shops one would need. Just take note, looks like entrance 1 close a bit early, I think when the retail shops close, they only leave the entrance next to the food court open. So if you park by entrance 1 just remember you might need to exit via the other exits and walk back to your car (it's not a very long walk though, just a little inconvenient if you didn't know).

Good environment, always having my breakfast there almost every week when I am off. I love the atmosphere

The Mall is clean, shops easily accessible, not so many people. No long queues.

I have always loved going to Waterfall Mall. The experience was rather pleasant. Only one thing that would've made it better is no loadshedding. However, that was not the Mall's fault.

This is a typical mall, with major chain outlets. It does not offer more than any other medium-sized mall. It is clean and spacious and has a current updated underground parking lot.

Very nice and beautiful place like the gogart track in parking underground. All major retailers under one roof. All the banks under one roof. Like the shopping experience.

The mall is wonderfull . Pepole are nice just the security are impolite, nosy. While you are looking at merchandise outside the shop window, they complain and say you're not allowed. Won't recommend Waterfall Mall ro family and friends. Would recommend Rystenburg mall

The people selling pots and whatever else in front of Edgars are a sore eye, they are doing ambush marketing and make shopping here extremely unpleasant, and they just don't give up. This cannot be correct

You can get everything you need in one place! Just awesome, neat and not to big

My hometown mall. Never disappoints. Very few incidents of car theft. But still one has to take precautions. There's Nandos, Checkers Hyper, Fruit & Veg Market and many other stores found in Magalies view which is in the vicinity of the Waterfall Mall. Top car dealership also adds to the malls conglomerate. I'd say this is the mitochondria of Rustenburg.

I went to Mug n Bean and I had a lovely experience and excellent service.

Very fun after 9 pm there are no activities to do

The experience has been the same over the years... hardly any entertainment. Same old shops. Lacks lower and upper class stores. Could do with a new fresh coat of paint. Cinema definately needs an upgrade. I'd rather drive to Johannesburg or Sun City to watch a good movie.

I was doing a job in rustenburg and stopped in for a coke. To my surprise, Waterfall Mall turned out to be really nice and very well kitted with all the shops you could want and need.

One of my favourite go to places. This mall has been consistently performing and serving us well sinceate nineties.

Waterfall mall rustenburg has al lot of shops toe keep you entertained. Food court is awesome en each section of this mall is well thought out. For instance the food court is all together, clothing shops to te left is all together and to the right you'll find cell shops, game and so on Bathrooms as well very clean and underground parking very save.

A very beautiful mall, clean very busy and we'll looked after. The shops are clean with fresh product. It is a mall that you will not regret to visit it with its beautiful view.

The mall has all major banks.Layout is good.toilets in every section.Only problem is there is no Halaal restaurant to cater for muslims

Most shops out when load shedding happening. Just add some basic batteries or solar to assist shops. 🙁

I like the fact that there's movies and alot of tech shops but right now it's lacking what it used to have like competitions or even some of the furniture. Their tech shops are expensive with their stuff and can't really find tools for household use

I've been visiting this mall for years. No complaints except for the smoking areas so near to the entrances.

Still better than the Rustenburg Mall, I hope it gets better now that COVID is "almost over".

It was a nice mall when built. But owner does not maintain. Almost every 200 meter the roof is leaking. Making staff block off area. Iv been in Rustenburg since the mall was built and was in the mall when it was complete many years back. Now they only warry about money and not a person's safety and comfort. People falling bacause of the water leaks. But they must be open at all times to make money. (I hope the owner of the Water Fall Mall reads this.) Your mall has become pathetic.

The biggest mall in Rustenburg, catering for all the classes of life, theatre for everyday entertainment, game center for the kids and adults, food court with lots of space for food lover to enjoy, hop in and experience the peace,safe and clean air at waterfall mall.

Not much to say, I feel for the shops inside this place but the management is up tooooo.......Sorry that I can not say it but yes they are against charity work, very unfriendly, do not care for anyone but themselves and I can go on and on and on. Like I said i feel sorry for the shops inside

Toilets smells like fart. Good mall for day to day shopping. Can't expect a Menlyn type of experience isn't. Galor parking space. Wheelchair accessible.
