I do not appreciate the way one of their staff members spoke to us. You do not speak to your customers like five year olds. On top of that we were served by 3 different waiters mind you the restaurant was not packed. We had to ask multiple times for the bill which came an hour later. I was gonna send this as a complaint email but when I asked one of the waiters who that lady who spoke to us like kids was, they told us she’s the manager so nothing’s gonna be done about it. POOR SERVICE!! NEVER AGAIN!!

Wow guys, the food was amazing, the staff was well presentable and friendly. Had perfect rest and to be honest I wished I could sleep there for an entire weekend. Great place

We reached late in the night and the check in went smoothly. We booked this with some trepidation since we knew nothing about it. To our pleasant surprise the rooms were clean and modern. Also very airy. We were slightly late for breakfast but they accommodated us with some great food, including steak for breakfast! Would return any day.

wonder . was served by a lovely lady,unfortunately I forgot her name but she offered to look after my baby yesterday so I could finish eating ,I thought that was a lovely gesture and she deserved employee of the month.

The restaurant is aesthetically pleasing and the main food was delicious but I am giving it 3 star because the dessert was not nice. I ordered mulva pudding but I got lemon cupcake with custard and the cupcake was dry. My partner ordered a tiramisu cake that was even more disappointing it didn’t take anything like a tiramisu cake. And the cheese cake was just as bad, it tasted like lemon. Lastly I had to pay R300 for “decor” when I get there it’s just a cloth on the table!! That was a ripoff straight.

Found the hotel most comfortable and pleasant. Staff services excellent with great menu and food selection. However, the meat cut was tough and inedible. Please either upgrade your meat selection for a more tender choice. The exterior well maintained and staff are friendly...a shout out to "MATSHIDISO" - waiter and "BRIAN" who assisted so graciously when a friends car got stuck.

We booked a conference room for a birthday dinner party. We were made to feel like we were the only people in the restaurant. The service was great. The food was great. The drinks were wonderful.

The rooms are modern, beautiful and very clean but they are so small. Anyone suffering from claustrophobia will not survive, especially in the bathroom. The rooms are not equipped with a bar fridge. We tried to upgrade to bigger rooms but were told the rooms are all the same size except for the presidential suite which was unfortunately not available during our stay. This hotel is beautiful and the staff very friendly and accommodating. We didnt have enough towels in our rooms but they provided more on request, which we highly appreciated. I should also mention, the food is absolutely delicious, the chef is doing a great job. Now, my only main issue and reason I will never come back to this hotel is the noise that comes from their roof top bar. As much as it is a good profitable concept to have a bar on the premises, the rooms are not sound proof. They play music throughout the day until late at night. The one night we had to complain to get the music switched off at 22h35. So if you need peace and quite and are travelling with kids as a family, this place is a no no. We stayed over a long weekend, so not sure if this loud music playing from the bar day and night is a norm or happens only over the weekend. But I have to point out, I am well travelled and have been to a lot of places locally and abroad, I've never been to a hotel this noisy. It is so noisy even my kids were complaining. Party animals will love it though.

Very nice ,big hotel. Great food the cheff is good. The rooms are looking good and corfortable great as a hotel. Rooms accomodate couples etc i was on one witth shower not bath. Shower a bit small for big ppl. Staff was great , space was enough. TV and tea in the room as per expectation Outside rustenburg not too far from the N4, location was a bit complex to find. Lets revise the maps location. Is inside another business casuing a bit confusion when coming for the first time. Lets add and extra boards The main road for directions.

The 1st time, 2 years ago, I booked a regular room and felt that it was too small. This time, I booked the deluxe room. There was nothing deluxe about it except the space is bigger. The room doesn't have mirrors except in the bathroom. The TV in the room didn't work great for me. There is no gym. Then, when I left, one of the receipts was wrong, I have been trying to get that sent to from the facility with no success. Mind you, I need it for expenses. I will move on and not bother them anymore. The cappuccino was great, and the staff was great in-person

Very nice Hotel and would like to explore it more as we went for a short visit and had only lunch. The food was nice I must say.

I only have 1 problem with the hotel. I stayed there over the weekend of the 10th of December 2022. I accidentally double paid the establishment, left all my details for accounts to resolve and refund. To date I am still trying to get my funds back with no luck. I have been calling this entire week with no joy. Otherwise all was well in terms of service. :(

Kings gate was a great experience. The food the was amazing,the room was clean and it offers daily clean ups, the room is so beautiful and comfy definitely would go again. The only problem was the wasn't a pool

The determination to ensure that we were able to conduct video conferences without a hitch is applauded. But... A special mention must go to the catering staff. You stole my heart.

Rooms very clean, food delicious and very tasty. Staff friendly and make you feel at home

Rooms have no sound proof I could here my neighbor snoring, rooms are so small some of us with cluster phobia weren't copying at all. Lastly the conference package they were giving us hot water on a hot day ignored the suggestion of putting the water bottles in a bucket with ice. I've rated it so low because I stayed there earlier this year and the service was spectacular but now it has dropped dramatically.

The place is clean and the staff is pleasant and ready to assist. Oh! the food is good and beautifully presented.

Great facility. Quiet environment. Far from the maddening crowds. Clean. You will enjoy your stay too

I'm currently here for the weekend. I can't say I'm complaining much because I knew I was gonna regret it from the reviews I saw, there's a party upstairs it's super loud my child can't sleep, there are other occupants here sleeping in the passage drunk. I feel like I'm at res in varsity but I paid with my money 😏

I was not happy about the open plan room, whereby a toilet doesn't have a door, the doors in between the rooms minimize privacy because you can even hear when a person coughs in the next room.

The rooms are small. Why are you only putting 1 cup of coffee, 1 bottle of water and 1 glass in a room? When making a booking, I said 2 adults. Why allow booking for 2 people and you make us share a cup and a bottle of water? Why didn't you reject my booking if the requirement can't be reached?

Located near the Kloof and offering spectacular views of the mountains. Establishment was neat and tidy and the food was great. Conference facilities were sufficient for our needs.

The best in terms of staff hospitality. Was celebrating my 48th birthday and if I may say it was LIT. Staff working on that day were super friendly and nice. Definitely hosting my 50th celebration there.
