    I’m really at a loss for words with this experience. Simple order, #1 Whataburger w/ mayo, and onion rings. Simple simple simple and not only did y’all apparently lose my order and keep me in the drive through lane while I watch everyone drive by, you finally get this “simple order” out to me. Except….. with fries! Not the onion rings I paid for. Now when I hand the food back through the window and wait more, I finally examine my burger. Mayo not mustard was my order. Y’all could have made 10 new burgers in the amount of time you made me wait for this! Absolutely horrible!

    Food was good, service was okay, when food was brought to the table, wife asked if they would bring some ketchup cause none was out, the lady said okay, and never returned to the table. Had to go ask for ketchup like 15 minutes later. As we where leaving, went to refill the drinks and an employee was bringing out the sweet tea. Dropped it spilled it all in my shoes and up the back of my shirt. Very sticky 5hr drive home!

    Online ordering is always convenient. I walk in give them my name and they usually have the meal ready. Only thing about ordering through the app is , looking at the small things. Like what kind and how many of ketchup was ordered.

    I do not recommend this restaurant as I usually am a big fan of Whataburger. This is Likely another case of mismanagement, the Achilles heel for franchises . One solution new manager, New team

    Biggest travel day of the year. Drive thru line was long and SLOW, so opted to go inside. One person taking orders and trying to deal with a drive thru customer that was unhappy about their fries. Seemed to be understaffed while at the same time, I watched a worker that appeared to be prepping walk to and from the walkin cooler at a snails pace with no sense of urgency. The front cashier was very professional and handled everything well. An assistant manager was more concerned with clocking out and complaining than helping the staff get out of the weeds. Manager was nice but was being pulled in too many directions to be effective. I've been to this store before and usually they are extremely efficient. Just seemed like the entire staff was way too green for a Thanksgiving weekend.

    Slowest drive thru of all time at night. You will half of the time tell the person at the window what you just ordered like 3 or 4 times because they leave to talk to the others about who knows what and their conversation is more important than you. It's been this way pretty much since they opened. Whoever is the night manager doesn't care or is never there for the employees to just leave you hanging at the window forever

    Sunday, Sept 24, 2023. 6:37am. Ruston LA. I ordered two breakfast taquitos, breakfast platter, and pancake platter for everyone at home through the drive. Only two cars in front but I had to wait 15 mins to get to the window. After another 10mins waiting on food, I look at ticket and no breakfast taquitos. I said to employee did you get the tasquitos? She said no. I held out my card to add them. She said no can't do that. I'm like what I have to go back through the line again? There 7-8 cars behind me. She said sorry. Well I said here take this back then and give me a refund. She said she did but no piece of paper showing so. I know this Ruston Whataburger is very slow. So why would you make me have to go back through the line for something they forgot? I get breakfast here before work a few times during the week. Won't be going anymore.

    This is the best whataburger location on the planet!!!! Tynise is the definition of extraordinary customer service as well as Paris on the management team. I can't express just how amazed me and my son were at our visit. This is the high standard people. 5stars isn't enough. Good food great service and great day I. Louisiana!!!! Life is good

    If you want to sit in the drive thru line for 33mins eat here. Could have went to Walmart and bought everything needed to cook a burger and cooked it on the sidewalk faster than there service is.

    no matter what time i go there, there is always a 30 min wait at least. I just want to order food and leave, not sit in line for half an hour for “fast food”

    Went through drive thru at lunch time. I really thought it would take along time because it was very busy and I was like 6th in line. But very pleasantly surprised that it was really fast. So I give it 5 stars ⭐. My burger meat was to dry for me. But that happens so times. So all in all great service and the food wasn't cold.

    Pretty expensive but decent food to have every once in awhile! My boyfriend and I get bacon burgers and we love the spicy ketchup. I also get a cinnamon roll here when I crave one. The milkshakes are always pretty good too. One of the things we don’t like is Whataburger makes you pay for sauces like ranch or buffalo, but won’t hold it against this store itself! The person who I assume is the manager seems really nice too. Very sociable with customers.

    Utterly incapable of ever getting my order right. I shouldn't have to dissect a pickup order before I bring it home. They haven't been able to get my order right in 3 years. And all I ask is no tomatoes or onions. It's genuinely not that hard.

    I recently visited this joint an it’s absolute disaster. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that the employees were not working. The place was dirty, and the employees were very loud, laughing and joking around with each other. The only music that could be heard was coming from the kitchen, which was not a good sign. To make matters worse, it took forever to serve the food. The employees seemed to be more interested in their phones than in serving customers. Even the manager was on their phone, completely ignoring the customers. The burger itself was terrible. It was overcooked and dry, and the bun was stale. The fries were decent, and the coke tasted like dr pepper. It was clear that no care or attention had been put into the food. Overall, I would not recommend this burger restaurant to anyone. The employees were not working, the place was dirty, and the food was terrible. Save your money and go somewhere else.

    As usual, the food was delicious. My daughter ordered a salad and they said they would bring it out when it was ready. I had to go check on it after about 20 minutes and they forgot about it and it still took 6 minutes after that. While eating, some lady across from us kept giving my daughter weird looks. Thats ok. Im still going back because they were busy and im sure there was just some confusion all throughout the restaurant.

    Terrible place to stop. 37 minutes of waiting for a to go order I kindly asked where my food was. "Putting your fries in the bag now" was the reply I got. Obviously that means they forgot about it. Hot fries and cold burger and chicken. Last time I'll ever stop at this location.

    Burgers are good and filling but they are no longer giving senior drinks which was one reason to stop , I always was given a senior drink cup when asked but not anymore so I may start looking for a new place for lunch as a senior on social security disability every dollar counts, hopefully they will be kind enough to bring it back!

    I usually LOVE dining here. This time was horrible. I asked for a chicken sandwich and add cheese, which I paid for. Received it and checked the bag...no cheese. Went back through the line and they asked for a look at my receipt after I stated they charged me. Two people looked over it for some reason, as if I was lying. So, they asked what did I want. I politely stated, you can melted it on there and give it back because the line is already long. Mind you, I was asked to pull up before I received my order and had to wait. So, they take the sandwich and bring it back with a cold slice of cheese on top. Now I'm livid, and asked is there a reason you couldn't melt it. So, the cashier says, we'll just make you a new one. So, it literally took 30 min with nobody coming back to the window so I could cancel and get a refund atp. 😒 it finally comes out with an entire new meal and some sauce that was not on there the first time. Smh. Needless to say, I have not been back.

    Decided to come in for our 1st time, so glad we stopped ! We are from Florida & don’t have whataburgers, so we had to try it ! The lady behind the counter was really polite as was everyone else that worked there today ! Restaurant was clean & so were the bathrooms.. Great job 👏

    This was our first time at a Whataburger. We are on a long drive and needed a quick stop. The staff was amazing and friendly — greeting everyone and asking how the day was going. Even the manager engaged with us and every single person in the restaurant. If I were looking for work, I’d want to work here — all the employees seemed to be happy and working well together. The food was delicious — I enjoyed a jalapeño cheeseburger and my husband was very impressed with his cheeseburger. My husband also really enjoyed the fries and that says something — he can be very picky about his fries will complain when they aren’t served hot (they were very hot) or aren’t tasty (he loved them). We will definitely eat at another Whataburger!

    Whataburger TX restaurants make the best crispy fries. I always order them. They weren't busy here in Ruston, LA so I figured my order would be right. Nope. The Southern Bacon Double was great as usual. I ordered crispy 🍟. I got floppy 🍟.😛 I pointed this out to the associate who served us and she went back to correct the order immediately. This happened to be the same person who took my order. Maybe she remembers me asking for crispy 🍟 a few minutes before but it wasn't on my receipt. She brought a new order of 🍟 to us quickly but they weren't that crispy either. I could tell by the light yellow color as soon as I opened the bag. We ate them anyway. They were way better than the first order. I just dropped the issue. Maybe W in Louisiana has never seen crispy 🍟 and don't know how to make them. Oh Well 😰
