I placed an order on 9/19/20. I haven't received it. I checked my tracking info and my order hadn't shipped. I sent an email to inquire about my order 10/7/20. I was told one of my items was out of stock. Noone ever contacted me to let me know. Had I not contacted them. I would still be waiting. A refund was issued on 10/8/20 for the pull over and requested my order be shipped. Well it's Oct. 20th. NO ORDER and NO TRACKING INFO.... I sent another email only to be told my order wasn't shipped and several more of my items were out of stock now. I was very disappointed. I have always supported this company but I absolutely hate horrible customer service and I am done!

I ordered on 9/20/2021 recieved a tracking number 2 days later but my package had not got to a USPS faculty so I waited on 9/27 my tracking was saying the same thing so I emailed them their automated email says 1-3 days to respond. The next day 9/28 I get an email saying 1 of my items sold out would I like store credit or a different item I responded and told them to send me any women shorts and ship out my order ASAP or I will dispute the transaction with my bank.... my package was shipped out by the end of that day I should receive the items Friday I will update about clothes quality. UPDATE * received my package great quality clothes if they improve the shipping process I will definitely give them more business!!!!

Placed my 1st order, liked it. Placed the 2nd order & that's where it went left. I should have read the reviews first! Customer service is HORRIBLE! Received a confirmation number, received a tracking number but the items never made it to USPS. You can call & email until your fingers are number & still get no response! But I bet I'll get one from BBB when I report how they're out here just taking people money!!.

Why is it taking so long to ship? I ordered this over 10 days ago . 9/28/2020. They told me they are busy but come on .do some follow up emails or something. Let me know what’s going on with my order . Website says at the checkout, 5-6 days for shipping. Never again. I don’t like that .I’ve ordered from other places a few days after this place and already have my items .

Yo I ordered some of the new fruity pebbles shirts and a white sweatshirt, my card was charged twice and I’m not sure if the transaction was cleared .

Ordered for the first time last mth and loved what I got. I had to exchange 2 hoodies because I ordered the incorrect size. The customer service was on point. They responded in a timely manner which I appreciated. Will purchase again!!!!!

When I decided to purchase an outfit for my husband I had no clue that the quality would be so superb. A few months later I’ve ordered him several sets. But see that’s not the coup de grace… the 🗣customer service! I had mistakenly ordered one piece incorrect size. When I say they went above and beyond to assist me and were incredibly attentive, understanding, and patient. I will continue to support WRLDINVSN true professionals with quality clothing.

Honestly I wanted the company to be better especially since it’s black owned but nah! I ordered some pants that came ripped! Email customer service told me they was sending me new pants and the matching shirt never did! The clothing is fired the material they make it out of trash and the customer service trash. I’m really disappointed.

These guys seem like they have amazing clothes. Which is why I’m super annoyed at the fact I ordered basically a bunch of clothes and they still haven’t bother sending me the clothes for like 4 months now. I’ve already emailed plenty of times (7) and they only responded like 3 saying that I my order got to my country (UK) then got sent back and they had it in their facility. Then explained I asked for a refund. They said they are going to send my order back to me free of charge I just need to send them my address. I do. Never got my package or even a response for ages now. I gave up and realised I can at least leave a bad review.

DO NOTTTTTT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! They have amazing products but I purchased a hoodie bundle from them oct 3 it is now dec 1 and I still have not recieved anything. I contacted customer service and they did not help me they just said that it was shipped or they just would ignore me even though they post all the time and had other sales going on but it hasn’t made any movement or progress for two months! So if you don’t want to get scammed do not buy from them!

I’ve been ordering from this company for the past 2.5 years and never had any complaints until now. I ordered a sweatshirt bundle on 10/3 and as of today 10/25 still have not received my order. I sent 2 emails regarding my order. 1st email told me my order was still being “made” and was in final process and would be shipped within the next week..I already had a tracking notification sent to me that USPS received pre shipment info and label was created but was still awaiting items..this was on the 10/16..needless to say I waited a few more days and 2nd email I asked for a refund since I still hadn’t received my items..I was given an apology was told that I couldn’t receive a refund until I received the items and returned them. I found this infuriating considering the items had not been shipped yet. I am very disappointed, next step is to dispute the charges
