This is my second visit to this location on Friday 12/2/2022 I arrived at 9:35am and to my surprise it was closed and I observed workers inside and they should’ve been open at 9am , I made my second trip on the following day and once again same experience but guess what it is now 11:13am. I am so disappointed smh.

Another delicious Panera dinner, fit for vikings. Everything was perfect, highly recommend.

The food is standard but the staff is really mean and seem like they hate their job.

My experience is great but would be nice if I could go there after work and other people feel the same in Rutland Vermont the stupid hours are ridiculous you make great food I don’t care about the price would be amazing if you were open till at least six or even five. Just saying people are still showing up past 2 or 3 in the afternoon think about it would be great if your corporation could make that happen

Some say the food is overpriced, but I say you pay for quality. The food is tasty and hearty, and the portion sizes are adequate. Their soup is always on point and highly recommended.

I needed a gluten-free item, and they had no idea what was actually gluten free, they directed me to a QR code, and I had to search through every item on their menu to find a salad.

It was great all the way round, from the guy who was very nice at the till, to the man who brought our food over. The food was very tasty, tasted fresh. Healthy yet fast choice.

Terrible. While picking the lettuce that had turned brown out of my salad, I found a piece of rubber, about 4 inches long in my salad. When I called to tell them she asked "What do you want a refund or a new salad". At this point my lunch is over and she said delivery was not an option. The tone with the first employee and subsequent manager could not have been more disinterested. Additionally the lack of shock that there was a piece of rubber in a customers food was SHOCKING!

Nice atmosphere. I got the French onion soup in a bread bowl. My only comment was that it was not much soup, and could have used more cheese. Also, the cheese should be melted under a broiler. Not sure if it would have been more soup if I had gotten it in a bowl? You have to ask for butter. With all the bread they give out, why isn't butter out as a condiment without having to ask for it?

After waiting for over 15 minutes upon arriving, without getting anyone's attention, I finally interrupted a drive-thru staff person to get their advice. Unfortunately, Panera offered no signage nor staff to direct me to one of its many empty dining tables. After a lengthy delay to place my Lunch order, the soup cup was tasty but with slightly too much water.

Stopped for lunch on our way through Rutland and two out of the four people in our car got totally random sandwiches from what we ordered. 50% accuracy from Panera today. Not a great look.

This is the worst managed Panera that I have visited and I can say that because I travel ten states and eat breakfast every morning at a Panera. I biggest beef with this location is that they never have a good selection of their items available. For example they exactly one croissant a day! When I asked the manager why that was she said because they don’t sell enough of them. Maybe if they had more than one they could sell more. That kind of thing in a chain restaurant is idiotic. It would not surprise me if this location continues in this direction that they will probably close it not do to lack of customers but a lack of good food service management

I love Panera, it’s literally my favorite food as far as fast food has to go lol and the people in Rutland are very sweet

I ordered on Sunday a late lunch which I picked up just before the closure time. They forgot to put the right number of sides, however what really has driven me to write this review is that I had a tiny 3 bites of chicken in my teriyaki chicken bowel and the same happened within the sandwich of my husband! I always choose Panera for its cleanliness but if the portions will be with such ridiculousness, it's not worth spending money.. $82 for a meal for 2 adults and 2 kids should not be that insufficient!

The soup was Luke warm, they ran out of baguettes, so I got a very hard piece of bread, also the size that my friends Mac and cheese was enough for a baby she was told no pizza but saw someone eating one. The cashier was going to charge us extra for bread and started to let us walk off and I said you owe us money that is when I got the hard bread. There was only 2 customers in restaurant. I mean it is called Panera bread for a reason right?

Staff was wonderful. It was unfortunate that there was a propane leak while I was there but they made sure we were safe, and got us out.

Super expensive, drive thru takes 20 minutes per person. My one sandwich cost almost $15 doesn't even include a drink! Oh wow a pickle and small bag of chips... how about a drink instead! Or maybe switch the pickle out for a drink? Come on. This is why America is fat.. because junk food is more affordable.

Drive thru only on a Saturday?? I realize there is a worker shortage but this was a huge bummer for me. No utensils in my order bag so I had no choice but to wait in the line again. The worker apologized but only gave me a free cookie when I prompted them about doing anything for me as they also forgot to take my Panera number and didn't give me a receipt either. I don't live in the area and to say this experience was a disappointment would be an understatement. I gave two stars because Travis was super cheerful over the speaker which counts for something!

Over $20 for soggy Mac n Cheese and poor service! I figured I'd give them a try for the first time. I ordered my sandwich without aoili and also bought a combo which ended up costing much more than the advertisement make it seem. We get home and the sandwich has aoili on it and they outright forgot my wife's salad. We called and after some pretty rude accusatory attitude they agreed to send us a coupon to replace the food. We waited, and waited, and waited and still have not recieved any replacement. So I wasted money to learn the hard way to avoid this place as they don't really care about making things right when they make mistakes.

I used to love Panera and I was really disappointed. My impression is that they significantly downgraded the quality of ingredients across the board

Surprisingly clean place with affordable healthy offering of salads, soups, chili and sandwiches. I also bought cinnamon buns for the morning breakfast and they were perfect the next day

Quick, fast and friendly. We went in at 10 am and made it out in about 5 minutes with three fresh baked sandwiches. The dining room staff are particularly nice here. Very clean establishment.

Staff is quick and super friendly. Food is always amazing and they take care of all allergy requests. Cute spot for dates and family meals.

Awesome place for some of us on a Gluten free diet. Great salads to perk up your taste buds and top notch sandwiches!!!!!

4 of us went. Dining room was closed only drive thru open(it happens not enough coverage(I'm ok with that). But all 4 of our orders were wrong and they were just breakfast sandwiches.
