偽りなく、正直に書きます。人柄、接客が素晴らしい店員さんが少し前に辞めてしまった為、しばらく足を運んでませんでしたが、先日久々に遊びに行きました。前から感じてはいましたが、一人あまりに接客が酷い方が居て、この人に接客されないように他の方に声掛けるくらい対応が酷い方が居ます。私が商品を見ているときに、取りたい商品がたまたま同じ棚だったらしく、ザッと私の前に入り、すみませんの一言も無く目の前に手を伸ばし私が退ける形で引いても、知らぬふり。商品について聞きたいことがあり話しかけると、こちらの質問や問いかけに反応や相槌無し、更には自分のタイミングでしか返答がなく、タメ口は当たり前。この店員のおかげでマライカが嫌いになりそうです。木更津店も好きで定期的に行ってましたが、あの方がいると思うと行く気が失せます。過剰反応とかでは無く、最低限の接客はして頂きたいです。せめて相槌や説明くらいは出来る様にして下さい。こちらは商品を買いに行っている訳で、近所のおばさんと話したい訳ではありません。あまりに酷いので、事実を書きます。
