Hidden
gem
that
must
not
be
missed.
I’ve
been
around
the
world
and
around
Japan
and
this
is
one
of
the
best
food
experiences
that
I
have
ever
had.
This
restaurant
is
run
by
two
brothers
who
do
everything
it
seems,
you
have
the
opportunity
to
see
the
chef
make
his
creations
literally
in
front
of
you.
The
host
is
so
friendly
and
accommodating
and
explains
all
the
details
to
you.
We
had
a
5
course
chef
selected
menu
starting
with
a
phenomenal
potato
soup.
The
flavor
was
bursting
and
it’s
not
like
any
potato
soup
that
I’ve
eaten
before.
The
next
course
was
puffer
fish.
Prepared
so
carefully
and
delicately.
The
kale
and
seafood
salad
topped
with
caviar
had
so
many
flavors
going
on
in
my
mouth
with
a
lemon
dressing
that
was
Devine
next
was
a
crostini
with
shiitake
pate
and
caviar
topping.
A
truly
unique
dish
that
must
be
tried
to
be
believed.
Lastly
was
the
home
made
matcha
soba
noodles
that
they
prepared
in
the
restaurant
earlier
in
the
day.
They
serve
it
on
a
piping
hot
curved
roof
tile
so
the
noodles
are
still
cooking
when
you
get
them
and
have
a
yummy
crust
on
the
bottom
served
with
a
cup
of
broth
meat
and
other
toppings
to
make
your
own
soup.
The
host
said
it
was
his
mothers
soup
recipe.
The
attention
to
detail
and
level
of
service
for
the
price
is
hard
to
match
anywhere.
These
guys
take
so
much
pride
in
their
work
it’s
truly
a
joy
to
be
in
their
establishment.
