(Translated by Google) The inside of the store felt like a stylish bar, and it seemed that there were many regular customers. I was surprised that "Torafugu sashimi" came out in the appetizer. The tea soba of "Buchi Kodawari no Kawara Soba" was able to feel the taste of tea. The dish that wasn't on the menu that day was the heart skewers, which might have been the most delicious. It was disappointing that there were several dishes that could not be served despite being written on the menu table.

A hidden spot in mita - the entrance is a little dark so I can imagine many people walking by without noticing it exists! When I went, there were Shimonoseki specialties, like fugu, which was absolutely delicious! We paired it with a white wine that was really really easy to drink (dangerous !). I think they have wines that go well with Japanese dishes, which is fantastic. Would love to go again since we only ordered a few items (which were all delicious!)

Great place just right outside Shirokane Takanawa station. Delicious food, and awesome service by the most good looking chef and Tenchou in Tokyo 😎

Hidden gem that must not be missed. I’ve been around the world and around Japan and this is one of the best food experiences that I have ever had. This restaurant is run by two brothers who do everything it seems, you have the opportunity to see the chef make his creations literally in front of you. The host is so friendly and accommodating and explains all the details to you. We had a 5 course chef selected menu starting with a phenomenal potato soup. The flavor was bursting and it’s not like any potato soup that I’ve eaten before. The next course was puffer fish. Prepared so carefully and delicately. The kale and seafood salad topped with caviar had so many flavors going on in my mouth with a lemon dressing that was Devine next was a crostini with shiitake pate and caviar topping. A truly unique dish that must be tried to be believed. Lastly was the home made matcha soba noodles that they prepared in the restaurant earlier in the day. They serve it on a piping hot curved roof tile so the noodles are still cooking when you get them and have a yummy crust on the bottom served with a cup of broth meat and other toppings to make your own soup. The host said it was his mothers soup recipe. The attention to detail and level of service for the price is hard to match anywhere. These guys take so much pride in their work it’s truly a joy to be in their establishment.

We found this place very randomly cause it was close to our hotel. The menu is in Japanese only, so the Chef and his brother just asked how hungry we were and prepared lots of amazing dishes based on their recommendations! Very cozy place and familiar atmosphere, would come back any time! Let yourself get surprised and give it a try ..

To be honest, I did not read the reviews before entering the restaurant but now I must confirm of what most people say here. The service is very Japanese, i.e. no English menu but very warm-hearted and helpful people. The dishes were outstanding, there is nothing to complain about. I ended up staying in this restaurant for quite some time after finishing my dinner simply because the mood was so great. Long story short, just go there and let these guys show you their work.

The owners received us at the door, a very welcoming place. They did their best to communicate and make our reception amazing. The food, perfect! We got the omakase by the chef, who gave us a sequence of great dishes. We will be back to eat again!

Such a great place with warm atmosphere! We took chef's choice because the menu was in Japanese, and it was really good. The chef and his brother, a manager, are from Yamaguchi, so the green tea soba they serve is unique to their hometown - you can eat this only in 2-3 other places, which were opened after the success of this one (at least that's what a loyal customer told us). Thank you for a great meal and recommend!

Amazing food and amazing service. The owners were so nice. There was no english menu so they offered the Chefs choice and it was great! They talked to us and explained every dish. So happy we went in there. Going there again for sure! :)

Awesome place for both drinks and food to spend a great evening. There are many different alcohol (with some of the best Japanese sake) and the food is always very fresh (try their "Kawara Soba"). The two owners are really friendly too! If you're more than 2 people, I advise you make a reservation because this great restaurant is usually quite booked.

What a great little place. Seats approximately 28 people. Two long tables - a bar and a private table. Owned by a few brothers - they're very enthusiastic. Serve seasonal dishes and specialties from their home prefecture Fukuoka. Known for their "green tea soba", but yoi wont be disappointed if you let the chef choose your meal. From fish paté, beer ham carpaccio to delicious Fugu! Great place!

The best meal of my life! The food was so delicious and thought out. I was excited for each course to come and could not help the smile on my face after I took a bite. I’m still smiling writing this! I am english speaking and they were very patient and understanding with my language barrier. I could not recommend enough.

Conveniently stumbled into this restaurant right next to our hotel, it’s run by two brothers who are incredibly kind, enthusiastic, and talented! The host was able to communicate well with us despite the language barrier. There was no English menu so we went with the chef’s choice which was excellent— 5 courses of fish and meat dishes ending with the main course of homemade matcha soba noodles dish! They explained each dish as they were served and catered to our hunger level with their portion sizes. 10000/10 food and experience, I highly recommend to anyone and I’d love to come back!

best dinner ever in Tokyo! Tiny restaurant managed by 2 passionate brothers, very proudly explaining the food they are preparing in front of your eyes. everything very good, including sake and japanese whiskey. First time I went was fully booked and I could not find a table, second time I was lucky enough to eat there. highly recommended
