Staffs are nice but foods were smelly for me 🥲 dessert was perfect anyway. And they charged water.. without asking 😂😂 had to pay ¥2000 for water

We went for a dinner on a last working day before a holiday. We made the reservation to the same day. The place looked like a place for older people to celebrate their anniversary, but most of the customers were young people on a date. Service was very friendly and attentive. We got the full course. Meat and pasta were amazing. I loved the chewy pasta! I can say I loved all meals. However, what we paid was different than what was shown on their website, and the difference was around 4000 yen. We paid around 11000 yen per person without any drink. Even though, I do not have any complaint for any item on the menu or service, I found the price a bit too much. Maybe, because we had a different price expectation before our visit. I read the place has a nice terrace for sunny days. It can be nice to have a lunch here.

The atmosphere is pretty good, especially if you were seated by the window. Also the service was impeccable, warm and polite. But the food is pretty good but over all the seasoning were rather salty to my taste, I had to drink a lot of water to rince out the taste. The cheapest set is around 4500 but if you were to upgrade the main dish or the pasta than the price range would jump. Than the price range would offer a lot more options than this place.

Cozy place for a girl's lunch out! We ordered the lunch course and all the dishes are served in good portions. The dessert is served with either tea or coffee. Attentive servers!

The atmosphere of the restaurant was welcoming and calming, I visited this restaurant with my family and had an amazing experience the staff were kind and thoughtful, they gave us a picture of my family as a gift! I highly recommend this place for family or group dinners!

Food was delicious. Atmosphere was nice and super friendly staff that would go out of their way to get you your taxi. Overall satisfied with everything there. No wonder this place gets a high rating.

We went there for celebrating my friend’s new job - they made us this cute milk foam and we were surprised and happy! Great food and great services. The vibe is chill but also fancy. Will definitely visit again!!!

We were in Tokyo for 2 weeks, and this was the best dining experience we had, by far. The service was exceptional. The staff was extremely attentive. The ambience was outstanding. Very upscale. The digital Van Gogh photos and background jazz music made it a very memorable experience. We were with children and under-dressed for the establishment, yet they still treated us like royalty. The food was great. Most of our party had pasta dishes, which were fabulous. I personally had the pork with eggplant. Yum yum yum. The prices were actually lower than I would expect for the experience we had. Many thanks to the staff of Casita...for such an epic dinner.

Awesome place to celebrate someone’s birthday. They can customize everything: napkin, water bottle, even the wine bottle! 🍾 My ex did this all for me tho. Thank you! Lol

Excellent service from start to finish. Food quality was also great although a little on the pricier side. The outdoor seats are nice though not much of a view. Staff was extremely attentive to our needs. Dessert was pretty awesome. Fillet steak was small and texture wasn't great, acceptable but nothing remarkable.

Casita is appealing on a breezy Tokyo summer evening due to it's relaxing and too cool for school roof deck. Tokyo restaurants survive only when the service, food quality and pricing match up to the competition. Casita's does not. While the service is excellent (normal in Tokyo) and the food very good, the prices, particularly of drinks ensure you will leave mildly unhappy. This is a shame as otherwise it's great. Not an excuse not to go, just manage your expectations accordingly.

Food tastes good. Customer service is slow. We asked for vegetarian items and server recommended the wrong items even after confirming with them multiple times. They also got my drink wrong twice.

I went there on my birthday with my friends and the service was excellent. When they heard that it was birthday, they went out of their way to make a foam milk with a writing saying happy birthday in my country’s language. We ordered pasta and i gotta say, it was one of the best pasta I’ve had in japan. Also, even though it was late, they happily let us stay longer and take pictures.

It was absolutely the BEST dinner I had in Tokyo. The food is amazing of course, and the hospitality is even beyond your imagination. This visit made my birthday! They offered me a better seat with a view with lovely letters. Even though I visited before COVID period 2 years ago, I missed here so much so I am leaving the review now. Would love to visit again when I go back to Tokyo! Hope you are all well!! See you soon 💖
