Not really reached as what i expected Matcha Latte in Japan. As I really can't taste the matcha and the milk. It really taste like express purchase in a vending machine.

I was there to get out of the rain for a bit got a tall latte. Good latte at a reasonable price. Chargers on the tables , some English at this location very helpful and polite staff.

I'm from Sydney Australia and I think we have the best coffee in the world, but I customised my coffee order here just how I like it and they actually made it pretty good!

While the coffee is just okay (although much better than your average cup of joe in the US), this little coffee shop is cozy and friendly and it is one of the few that I could find open at 7:30 AM. They also have a few snacks. So, the bottom line is that you need your coffee before 10 or 11 when other coffee shops open, this is a good alternative.

Like the other places, good service. The place is quiet.

Love the ambience and the vibe of the cafe. The staffs are well versed with English which is very convenient for us to order our food.

Nothing fancy, food and drinks were just ok. Mostly enjoyed the aesthetics of the place. So it was a great place to relax in the morning

Closest place I’ve come across that feels like a western coffee shop. Large (Starbucks grande size) coffee available to go. Assorted donuts and small pancakes, but not too much else. Very clean, no smoking, lots of seating with power outlets. Mostly westerners in the shop. Not terribly expensive considering the location. 420 yen for a large coffee.

Awesome hot chocolate drink although there are no marshmallows. Delicious pancakes too. The other beverages and meals are wonderful as well. Nice cafeteria.

Stayed at the Marriott Courtyard just down the street and this was the closest coffee shop. Kind of a limited fare in the am in regards to selection and quantity but tasty and the four of us ate there twice in our 5 days in Tokyo. The coffee was great and the staff very nice.

Not crowded and there are plenty of electrical outlets with USB plugs adjacent.

Good taste of coffee, reasonable price

Ginza location bybthe AC hotel. Terrible service. We just got tall soy late to go, but very little soy milk. I requested a little more soy milk, and the supervisor literally yelled at me: " no more".

Overall, very nice coffee better than Starbucks. Power outlets are available.

Nice place even though it is not a big shop, staff are so cheerful, it’s a good time for breakfast
