The food is very nice🔥... Good presentation 🔥🔥, and Worth the price. Highly recommend the place For any meal of the day. Not the mention their service, It is out of this world❤️❤️ I'm definitely going back soon enough.

Food was great. Service was great. Restroom was sanitized and clean. Owner manager would greet and check on each guest. Big difference post the new management. It is SANHA certified halal/ halaal now.

Milkshakes are more ice shakes than milk but still nice. Will try one again to see if they different now that management has changed. Burgers are to die for. Second time around the management is new and what a difference. The staff are on the ball and the manager is awesome and friendly. Atmosphere is great and we can honestly say the food was outstanding. The waffles were tops and complimentary shooter just gives this restaurant the edge. What a huge difference to a year ago. Our new favorite restaurant by far.

We went here for lunch. The food, atmosphere, and service was amazing. Speaking of the service, I had a small fainting incident while enjoying my meal at Roccomammas. I must commend the manager as well as the waiters for their excellent assistance during this incident. Thanks, guys. God bless you all! Wow. What a meal. As you can see everything is gone. The burgers were excellent. Especially the carmalised onions thats on the burgers. The milkshakes were delicious. I can't fault anything here. The waiter Sifiso was professional and promotes the products well. Wow. Beyond my expectations. Then the BBQ ribs was delish. Fall off the bone soft. I encourage everyone to support this business.

I am really disappointed with the service here! We waited a very long time for our food! To top it all after me complaining about how slow the service is , the waited (George) just says ‘I understand bossman’. That was not the response I was looking for. The owners really need to do something about this as there is no order here and there is no sense of management. We got our orders bits by bits and I can assure you that It was really upsetting to see other people getting their orders before us even though we were seated first! I really don’t want to come back here again..

Helpful staff and management. Prepared to go the extra mile with a smile. The owner of the franchise is fortunate to have such rare earth staff working running his restaurant. Can't say much about oversight as he wasn't present. Perhaps relying undeservedly too much on his outstanding staff.

3 of the drinks that I wanted to order, was out of stock. Then when the Nachos came (the main reason we went there), it was SUPER disappointing. NO cheese, yes ZERO cheese at all on the Nachos, and no Sour Cream... Just some Tortilla Chip's with a bit of Avo, 1/4 diced Tomatoe and a disappointing other sauce that I cannot remember the name of. I mean can you even still call it Nachos? Definitely won't be seeing us there again anytime soon!

Food is always fresh and great quality. Order don't take long to prepare. Definitely one of our favorite restaurants to visit.

Burgers and service is great, always greeted with a smile. Jyst stay away from the Nachos, the kitchen seemed to have changed the recipe, no cheese, no sour cream, instead you are given a runny cheese sauce on the side, absolutely terrible. No compensation for the terrible nachos even though the waiter acknowledged that the new receipe is not working and alot of people have been complaining.

I ordered chicken wings with peri-peri sauce, fries, and a strawberry cheese cake. The food was just ok. The issue I had was that the air outside made the entire restaurant smell like sewage because they had the blinds/window/screen opened. So the foul smell was all in my mouth while I was eating. Which is why it turned me off from the food.

Decent dining venue but needs a shake up in the evenings as the shopping center becomes very quiet in the evenings and the venue ambience tends to follow suit. We need the evening staff to up their game to make the venue an exciting hang out for the local patrons. The waffle machine wasn't working on that evening and a inexpensive backup waffle machine could have been secured to ensure supply and client satisfaction.

Located in a good area, the service isn't bad at all but I didn't enjoy the waffles - they were mooshy and did taste nice.

Is now Halal so no licence which we were not aware of as definitely used to have one. Rather disappointing as went there for a birthday. Very empty. Staff excellent though they make up for the lack of atmosphere.

Although the waitress tried her best the food came out so slowly Half of us received our burgers, whilst my children had to wait. After the burgers were finished we received our fries and coleslaw. It was really a let down

We were served by the lovely Tshidi. She took great care of us, coming every now and then to make sure we were okay. The food and drinks were exceptional

I ordered the Triple treat deal, honestly this franchise has been the worst discussed! The patty tastes awful, not knowing whether it was undercooked or it was fried whilst frozen! The milkshake was so icy like a Daiquiri!! You could tell that the wings have been placed on the side and dipped in the sauce when ordered. The only thing I enjoyed was the fries and extras in the burger. Such a waste of money.

It was great. My mother isn't the biggest "burger lover"... She loved Roco's burgers tho, very impressed.😂😁

OMG!!!! What the hell did i just TRY and eat???? Crumbed chicken burger was so burnt and dry, tasted BITTER and the cheese taste like plastic. The sauce???? I think it was mayo and perri perri i dont know cause it tasted like nothing!! The only thing i could ALMOST enjoy was the spice-less cold chips. Really if u wanna charge ppl that much for a burger atleast make sure it tastes like something!!!

Nice place, but service is slow. Food is good but they messed up our meal. Asked for a veg patty and they served beef instead. Called in for collection and waited over 45min to receive our order because they messed up our meal a 2nd time.

Two Sunday nights in a frame of one month and the music is hideous, disturbing, not neutral and extremely loud. Waffles is great though, but the music is killing the RoccoMammas brand. I suppose the music is also the reason why the restaurant is so quiet.

Customer service was great however my order was served incorrectly twice for a burger, salad and one of my drinks. Will definitely give you guys another chance based on the friendliness and care given by your front end staff, however your kitchen staff need to get it together

I placed an order using a well known delivery service. Firstly the order was delivered more than an hour and half after placing the order( ice cold), the delivery service says they had an issue with driver capacity, but we took a drive to the restaurant just to check and we saw the driver waiting for the order at the store for more than 40 minutes, and not to mention the portions were half the size we usually get. So it's easy for the store to not take responsibility for anything, but so long they get your money, and don't care if you come back or not.

To the owner Rather buy a steers franchise, cause you are spoiling the Rocco Mamas vibe . You dont serve alcohol and definitely not a family vibe restaurant like all the other branches . You trying to be cheap skate and only do take aways.

We ordered burger meals. The food was great. The waitor was on the ball. Food was hot off the grills. I drive 31 kilometers to reach this place It is worth every kilometer

A cut above other Rocomamas. So Rocomamas is a chain and all of them have a similar offering but this Rocomamas is phenomenal. Excellent service and attentive waiting staff with wonderfully prepared food. The only downside is their lack of craft beers.
