    I was there yesterday, i.e. August 31, 2023, the ladies were very nice and helpful. I asked the lady about salicylic acid, unfortunately it wasn't what I wanted, but it was different. The lady at the cash register was also nice, but I was slightly irritated by the fact that there was a group of girls in front of me in the queue and she recommended a cream to each of them. But that's her job so I can't have a problem with it. Overall, all the ladies there were very nice.

    Pani prowadząca zmianę w sobotę 19-go listopada 2022 nie chciała przyjąć reklamacji towaru, mimo iż spoczywa na niej taki obowiązek według regulaminu Hebe oraz informacji pozyskanych z infolinii. Sprawę załatwiłem "od ręki" w Hebe na ul. Grunwaldzkiej.

    I've never had a problem with service in this store, but today I felt very bad there. I went into the store and bought conditioner at the self-service checkout. On the other side there are shelves with men's perfumes, so after purchasing it, I wanted to smell a few fragrances (a Christmas gift) and suddenly security appeared out of nowhere, the man stood literally 10 cm from me, thus violating my personal space and kept looking at my hands. I felt like a thief even though I had done nothing except shopping in the store. Later, the security guard stood behind me and then approached me from the other side (still staying very close) and watched my every move carefully.
