As a layman customer, I don't have to guess anything; how the procedure will proceed, what is happening at the moment, I am informed about everything. Ms. Magda always checks the condition of the skin before and after treatments and adapts the treatment to my individual needs and expectations. I also received additional information on how to care for my skin, and it was always on point. Additional care after treatments was also useful. Always nice, clean and pleasant.
