I recommend this place! There is somewhere and something to practice. Ocrowers will not be bored, and you can also practice something other than strictly hand-held obstacles. Another advantage is a nice owner - a trainer with whom you can talk and compete with whatever comes to your mind :)

I am very glad that we have such a place in Rzeszów, well-equipped and adapted to the needs of children of different ages. Both my six-year-old son and my two-year-old daughter are doing great in Inflow. Great approach of the teachers during classes. It's great that children can spend time with people who show passion and a professional approach. We recommend!

Świetnie wyposażona sala zarówno dla dzieci jak i dla dorosłych. Każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie - zajęcia grupowe lub indywidualne. Super podejście do dzieci! Gorąco polecam tam zaglądnąć!

Miejsce dla dzieciaków i dorosłych gdzie prowadzone są zajęcia parkour, gimnastyka/akrobatyka. Treningi prowadzone są w grupach jak i indywidualnie pod okiem doświadczonego trenera, który wprowadza luźną atmosferę i ma genialne podejście do dzieci.

A great place where you can spend time alone or with your children in a nice, healthy and pleasant atmosphere. For them it is great fun and learning about sports. The owners are very nice and friendly :) Regards

Great place, probably the biggest place when it comes to OCR/Ninja classes. I highly recommend very cool classes for children and adults ;)

This is definitely a unique point on the map of Rzeszów and the entire Podkarpacie region. InFlow is a place full of passion, perfect for development, both for children and adults, for people just starting their adventure with sports, as well as for more advanced people who want to train their skills under the supervision of an experienced trainer. The room is well-equipped and the approach to the client is professional. Inflow offers a wide range of sports activities such as gymnastics, acrobatics and parkour. This place is definitely distinguished by its nice atmosphere and the trainer's individual approach to his students. I recommend both group and individual classes to everyone :)

Great place for kids, Kamil and Regina are great. My daughter has been going to classes for several months and loves them, she also had a birthday party with them and it was the same - very positive. I highly recommend it to everyone.

A cool place with a lot of obstacles. OCR trainings are very varied and new elements are introduced with each training. I highly recommend it, the trainer gives 100% and has many ideas for the further development of the section and the place itself. So I'm sure it won't be boring

InFlow is a great place to train. The trainer is incredibly friendly and the atmosphere is always full of motivation. I recommend this place to anyone who wants to improve their fitness and health.

A great place for children and adults (including adults). For me, the best OCR and ninja room in Rzeszów. A complete cage and lots of cool obstacles plus great service and prices :)
