Miałam "szczęście" trafić na bardzo nieprzyjemną kobietę (farbowania na rudo) i właściwie to ją oceniam. Na pytanie, czy tutaj jest punkt odbioru paczek usłyszałam, że chyba wiem gdzie paczkę zamówiłam. Tłumaczę kobiecie, że kurier nie zastał mnie w domu i mam smsa (budynek nie jest oznaczony ulicą i numerem od wejścia). Usłyszałam, że chyba mam adres w smsie to żebym sobie przeczytała :D. No jasne-mogę przeczytać, sama obejść budynek i sprawdzić jaki ma numer.. ale jednak liczyłam na miłą obsługę. To nie do pomyślenia, że w tych czasach jeszcze spotyka się takie osoby pracujące w usługach. Nie wiem ile jej płacą, ale zwykła, ludzka życzliwość i umiejętność przyjaznej rozmowy to coś czego oczekuje się od każdego.

Celowe wprowadzanie klientów w błąd. Radzę zawsze brać paragon i sprawdzać czy cena się zgadza z tymi na półkach. Niestety często zdarza im się nie zmieniać metek przez kilka dni, a później nawet nie potrafią wziąć odpowiedzialności i zwrócić pieniędzy.

Jedna pracowniczka żabki powinna nauczyc sie robic hot dogi. To co dzisiaj sie wydarzylo to jest jakies nieporozumienie. Dostalem hot doga z tak dziurawą bulka ze bo jednym gryzie cały sos sie wylał. Bylem cały brudny i nie dokonczylem tego hot doga. Z zadna zabka nie mialem takiego problemu jak z ta.Ale chce dodac ze problem pojawial sie pare razy. Nie tylko mi ale moim znajomym.

I don't know who this gentleman is, but one of the salespeople (a little older) is terribly rude to his customers. I get it, someone might be having a bad day and all that, but it happens all the time. With all due respect, this gentleman does not treat his clients the same way. I greet the employees, but only the nice ones, NOT that gentleman. PS I forgot to add that I asked for a bag and had to ask for it, plus the bag cost PLN 0.99 and the gentleman took the whole zloty.
