The ice cream is very good, but when we wanted to go inside to see the place and the available flavors, we were sent outside, where behind the glass it was not possible to see exactly what flavors were available, and as it later turned out, some of them were not on display and were inside. A strange situation was weighing the ice cream cone before serving it. The portion was not large and the situation itself surprised us very much and despite the good taste of the ice cream, we prefer to go to another place where every gram sold is not counted and the price is comparable or even lower.

I was looking for Italian ice cream and came across this place. Unfortunately, I didn't find these, but I tried the ice cream in portions. Very intense flavors, you can't feel the water in the ice cream at all. Very tasty, I recommend!

I habitually go there after work. Delicious ice cream! Just finger licking good. Flavors not found in other ice cream parlors: sea buckthorn, hibiscus, blue matcha... dope! Sorbets: raspberry, mojito, orange melt in your mouth. Additionally, natural frozen yogurts have recently appeared, mmm... delicious. However, the Affogato coffee milk shake is completely addictive. Best regards to the entire staff of the Lodowiec ice cream parlor and I wish you every success, which will not be difficult with such ice cream. I recommend it to everyone.

Regarding the ice cream itself and its taste, 5 out of 5 are very good, but when it comes to the ice cream parlor itself, the service here lowers the opinion on the whole. Very good ice cream, creative, natural and delicious, but on the other hand, terrible service and a terrible idea for "weighing ice cream". I suggest you see how gelato is served in Italy and if anyone measures the size down to centimeters and grams...? Success also lies in the fact that a person remembers that he got a delicious ice cream and no one regretted it... 😉 However, in our country such behavior is a sad standard... "measuring" so that the customer doesn't accidentally get too much 🤷‍♂️ regarding the service, how many times I've been there so many times that young service girls were "moderately" interested in the customer, even when there were hardly any customers 😔 terrible way of relating to the customer and showing that in fact "pay and leave". Employees shouldn't be there as a punishment and being polite to the customer doesn't cost... even more so. that these are young people who, instead of "fiddling" with their smartphones, just serve customers with a smile. So overall 3 out of 5 and it only takes a little to make it really nice. It's a pity but currently 3 out of 5 🤷‍♂️🍦

You can see that the people working there are satisfied with the time they spend there. I recommend visiting ice cream parlors on hot and cold days!

According to Mr. Potr Samborski, I have the same opinion. The ice cream itself is very tasty, I would give it 5*, but the service felt like a punishment, so 3* overall. Every half a small teaspoon is considered worth its weight in gold. In several hundred ice cream parlors that I visited in Podkarpacie and Europe, you could try a given flavor 1 or 2 times to decide, especially if the child was not sure. Here, the policy (company, occupational health and safety, whim, malice - choose the appropriate one) does not allow us to try whether a flavor we "see" is edible/tasty. A sick approach like in the times of the Polish People's Republic, we are here for you, if I don't fit in, please go somewhere else. Fortunately, there are many other tasty ice cream parlors within 300-400m of this one.

Na plus smaki, niespotykane w innych lodziarniach. Na minus wielkość porcji, rowniez nie spotykana w innych lodziarniach (zdecydowanie za mala).

Lody są smaczne i wyrabiane są na miejscu, co jest ich sporym plusem. Smaki, niektóre zaskakujące, jak choćby czarny sezam, blue matcha, hibiskus są stosunkowo rzadko spotykane w Rzeszowie, co daje pewną przewagę nad konkurencją i fajnie, że takie połączenia można tutaj spotkać. Jednak mam kilka ale: 1. Porcje są po prostu małe. Spodziewałem się większych, zważywszy, że dookoła konkurencja sprzedaje większe w podobnej, a niekiedy niższej cenie i przy zachowaniu wysokiej jakości oraz oryginalności 2. Otoczenie: niestety kanalizacja tuż przy wejściu potrafi zaśmierdzieć nawet najlepszy smak i odebrać pozytywne wrażenia smakowe 3. Nierówny poziom smaków - o ile są smaki, które naprawdę warto i chce się spróbować po raz kolejny (np. malina, która jest naprawdę fajna, a przyznać muszą, że wielbicielem tego smaku nie jestem), o tyle są też takie, których balans jest jeszcze do poprawy (nie porwała mnie np. wcale mascarpone z wiśnią) 4. Ciasnota w środku - ja rozumiem, że lokal jest z produktem na wynos, ale żeby stać w kolejce, wspinać się po schodach i przeciskać w wąskim wejściu z wchodzącymi i wychodzącymi, którzy wręcz leżą na plecach innych to wynik nie tylko zniecierpliwienia klientów, ale po prostu nieco wąskich drzwi i nie do końca dobrze przemyślanej przestrzeni 5. Ceny i rodzaje dodatków - po prostu za wysokie, a ich wybór jest niestety niewielki, przy czym nic rewelacyjnego tam nie ma. Polecam obniżyć o te 50 gr (nie zbiedniejecie), a klienci dołożą do kolejnej gałki - wilk będzie syty i owca cała. Podsumowując (bo mam długi wywód, a co nieco można by dodać) to fajne miejsce, ale wydaje się jeszcze do poprawy. Ja wiem, że kanalizacji miasta nie zmienię, ale można lokal mieć po prostu w lepszym dla klientów miejscu, lepiej go zagospodarować i dodać do tej nazwijmy gałki, choć gałek tu przecież nie ma, jednego czy dwóch machnięć łopatką. Wiem, że lody są zmrożone i paniom trudno nabiera się lody, ale przy takich cenach powinno się nabierać lody nie płaską szpatułką, którą zawsze oszuka się klienta na ilości, ale zakrzywioną, która odmierza równą i uczciwą dozę. Jak poprawicie te choćby ceny i wielkość porcji Wasza praca Wam się zwróci a klienci chętniej będą wracać. Pozdrawiam i życzę sukcesów.

Chyba najgorsze lody jakie jadłam. Fatalny smak, sztuczny, w lodach owocowych nie czuć praktycznie nic oprócz mleka, Shake’a nie da się wypić taki zbity, bardzo nie polecam.

Lody pyszne, byłem częstym gościem. Niestety lokal poraz trzeci jest zamknięty, pomimo tego ze na google jest "otwarty". Jest to ewidentne nie szanowanie czasu klienta, ponieważ niektórzy planują wypad na lody i zastają na miejscu karteczkę "dziś zamknięte"...

Lody całkiem smaczne, espresso okay. Na prośbę o kubek wody nawet z kranu do zamówionego espresso od ekspedientki usłyszałem: Nie mogę. W krajach cywilizowanych można liczyć na szklankę wody nie musząc nic zamawiać. To bardzo przykre. Mam nadzieję, że da to do myślenia właścicielom i ekspedientce.

W tamtym roku byłam bardzo zadowolona z tego miejsca. Był to jeden z moich ulubionych lokali z lodami w Rzeszowie. Smaki ciekawe o kremowej konsystencji. Niestety w tym roku zawiodłam się. Jakość lodów tak samo dobra, ale rozmiar gałki nieadekwatny do ceny.
