Polecam! Nauka samoobrony na bardzo wysokim poziomie, poruszane ważne tematy jak np zachować sie gdy ktoś nas napadnie w parku lub np windzie. Dobra atmosfera oraz instruktorzy którzy znają sie na rzeczy oraz zachęcają do ciężkich treningów. Do tego wiele sekcji od zaawansowanych poprzez początkujących, kończąc na grupach dla dzieci.
