The rooms are good, but I gave only 3 stars, because of the girl from reception. She was discriminating our team, because we spoke Ukrainian language. In a spot with nationality she placed "Ukrainian" to girls, who have residentship in Poland (one of them has a Polish passport, that proves, that she is Polish). In case with me - she didn't even talked to me, when I gave her Ukrainian passport. And in "residentship" she wrote: "Foreigner". This is unbelievable. When we told her, that this information is not correct, the answer was: "Who cares? It's fine". So I can't give my recommendations to this hotel, because of unqualified staff. PS: we spent there 1 night from 29/06/2023 till 30/06/2023.

A very well located and absolutely immaculate hotel. Large rooms, plenty of storage space as also a table where one can work if needed.

Right in the centre of Rzeszow this is a really nice hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful - and speak English of course.

Breakfast service was sooo bad . Lady’s with the mobile behind the bar , one of them nearly sleeping. 2 minutes past ten - I asked for squared eggs , the answer with showing the watch of her mobile , we closed the breakfast. A pity that was our last impression of the hotel and I do normally never write Rezensions.

Modern and pleasant room. One star off as breakfast is in the restaurant which needs to be accessed through a maze. If you bring luggage in order to leave right after you'll have to carry it up and down the steps. If you're handicapped, apparently they will open some passage with a lift but I guess you have to ask for it which shouldnt be the case...

Exceptional hotel next to central square of Rzeszów. Super clean and big rooms with a lot of physical lighting. It had lot of options for breakfast. The staff were very helpful and polite.

A ‏ beautiful hotel located in the center, the service at the reception was excellent and welcoming. ‏The hotel is located inside a very small mall and has a restaurant, a clothing store, a supermarket and more. ‏The room I got was large with a Queen bed and a small sitting area. There is a mini bar full of drinks (for a fee of course), a television and large shower and toilets. There is a place to exchange money but it is a 12 minute walk from the hotel and is open 24 hours, you can ask at the reception or look for "Kantor Rzeszów 24/7 (Praca €)" in google maps. The hotel is located 1 minute from all the pubs and there are several restaurants around the hotel. There is parking next to the hotel. The breakfast was poor and not worth 55 zlotys

Nice modern hotel in the historical center of the city, right next to the town square. Spacious and cozy rooms with pretty big shower rooms. Didn't quite liked the cuisine, but that's a personal preference. Haven't had any trouble communicating with personnel.

Wednesdays 25th May 3am trying to get water in this hotel was impossible. The lady receptionist had no compassion for a simple human necessity. Our room had no water , she claimed she had none. She was reluctant to give us any water , told us to get taxi to 24 hour supermarket 4km away. Finally after 20 min , she went in the back room to give us water 🤷‍♂️ • This is a budget hotel , good location ⭐️ • May I mention the security guard was very nice.

Great hotel in fantastic location less than a minutes walk to the Rynek. Room and bathroom were clean, air conditioned, generous in size and very nicely decorated. Ample parking underneath the hotel which is convenient if you have a car. Buffet breakfast was average but plenty to choose from. Great restaurant directly outside the hotel on the corner called Restauracja Konfitura. Would definitely stay here again.

Location is great. Hotel is clean, organised, tidy place with helpful staff. Wifi was excellent and very strong throughout the entire hotel. The sofa in the room was handy and comfy. The facilities available were very good. Strong shower and quiet rooms. Good AC unit in room. Complementary coffee in room is decent. Signage in the hotel could have been a bit better - I got lost a couple of times. Breakfast was a bit underwhelming. The mattress on the bed was too soft for me and it gave me some back pain. The pillows were very soft and quite uncomfortable.

Very nice and modern hotel, located in the most central point of the city. Air conditioner in room is a very useful thing during a hot summer. There is a grocery store and some kind of a mall in the same building.
