Może to kwestia mojej otwartość na propozycje, jednakże dzięki zaangazowniu Pań pracujących w salonie oraz miłej obsłudze podczas wizyty czułam się bardzo komfortowo. Ze swojej strony chciałabym podziękować za pomoc w odnalezieniu sukni oraz cudowną atmosferę. Serdecznie polecam!

Bardzo miła i fachowa obsługa. Dla każdej panny młodej wybór sukni jest ważnym momentem, a Panie z salonu były bardzo pomocne,dzięki czemu znalazłam swoją wymarzoną suknię! ❤️ Oprócz sukni ślubnej miałam możliwość uszycia na wymiar sukien wizytowych dla drużek. Polecam serdecznie! ☺️

Nie polecam! Sukienki brudne i stare, na siłę chciano mnie rozebrać i mierzyć coś co wyraźnie powiedziałam, że mi się nie podoba. PANI stwierdziła, że jak już przyszłam ze swoją wizją to nic mi nie znajdzie. MOJA wizja była taka, że nie chciałam ostrego brązu sukni ślubnej i siateczki która nijak jest wykończona. Chyba nas Panie oceniły źle i chciały wepchać stare suknie, drugiej części salonu nawet nam nie pokazały, nawet nie proponowały kupna jednej z 5 sukni które miały na targach. Salon stworzony tylko dla Pań plotkujących przy stoliczku.

At the very beginning, we are greeted by a lady, whom I ask where there are dresses in larger sizes, so that I can put them on and have a visualization of what I would look like (I didn't want to just put the dress on myself). The lady says all the dresses and that I should choose the ones I like. We start looking, the dresses seem to be size 38. After a few minutes, another lady comes and shows me the hanger where there are actually several pieces in larger sizes. We start measuring. I smell an unpleasant odor. It soon turns out that not only one, but also the rest of the dresses smell equally unpleasant and you can see with the naked eye that they are dirty and covered in dust. The dresses have such poor quality decorations that after trying on several pieces, my hands were completely scratched. At the end, she only got the name of the dress model on the business card, without the price, even though I asked for it. After reading the reviews about this salon, I hoped that they were over-colored, but unfortunately I found out for myself. Unfortunately, one of the worst salons I have visited.

It was in this salon that I said "YES" to my dream dress. A very pleasant atmosphere during fittings, the ladies were very helpful and tried to propose various options and solutions. They suggested what would work best. I'm glad I found my wedding dress in such a place.

I highly recommend the IGAR wedding dress salon! I bought my dream wedding dress there. Although I wasn't convinced about the model because of the material I wanted to be more shiny, the lady who works there dispelled my doubts and practically went out of her way to import another material with a greater shine that is unavailable in the current season. It's a pity that I don't know this lady's name because she deserves a personal distinction.

After a few years, I will share my opinion. I give it 2 because the dress suggested was beautiful. However, I was charged PLN 400 because I was in a larger size (42). I don't have to tell you how I felt. Additionally, on the wedding day it turned out that the dress had not been narrowed after the last fitting. It was too big and fell off. Yes, I know, I could measure it upon receipt.

The dresses may be nice, I even liked one of them, but when the lady with short hair started serving me and gave the appearance of being there as a punishment, she ruined everything. She didn't even fasten the clasps properly to have an image of the dress. I finished the visit, but I left there with great distaste. Customer service is not easy, I know it, but that smile sometimes makes a difference.

The lady who worked like a punishment, was very rude and abrasive. I have never felt so bad in any of the salons in Rzeszów! I definitely don't recommend it to anyone
