very
professional
approach
to
customer
service,
the
ladies
themselves
react
especially
if
they
see
that
the
customer
is
determined
and
needs
a
specific
product,
and
is
not
a
whiner
who
wants
to
look
at
the
goods.
We
ordered
wedding
rings
a
bit
"last
minute",
but
we
had
no
idea
what
the
general
waiting
time
for
this
type
of
jewelry
was.
The
lady
serving
us
advised
us
in
a
professional
and
factual
manner,
presented
several
different
options,
thanks
to
which
we
chose
the
wedding
rings
that
were
right
for
us.
The
waiting
time
for
collection,
I
think,
is
appropriate
and
as
planned.
However,
I
will
subtract
one
star
for
probably
the
main
problem
with
the
device,
because
this
particular
store
is
the
second
one
where
this
happened
again,
as
there
is
a
total
lack
of
telephone
or
text
message
contact.
When
I
called
to
find
out
if
the
wedding
rings
were
ready
for
collection,
the
lady
who
answered
made
a
fool
of
me,
claiming
that
the
text
message
had
been
sent
on
December
8
(I
called
on
the
12th,
I
think).
Ladies
and
Gentlemen,
we
are
in
the
21st
century,
the
world
is
addicted
to
smartphones
and
technology,
I
am
an
IT
specialist
myself
and
I
am
sure
that
the
text
message
was
never
even
sent
and
please
do
not
blame
it
on
the
customers,
I
looked
through
both
text
messages
and
spam,
nothing
it
never
arrived
and
please,
once
again,
do
not
blame
this
on
quite
young
customers,
who
are
only
familiar
with
such
things,
and
you
only
lose
your
credibility.
