For example, an ophthalmologist can serve over 30 people per hour. The office accepts 2-3 people. Zero privacy - certificate factory. Service culture? Deep PRL.

Unfortunately, this facility leaves much to be desired. The staff is rude and not very nice, and the documentation is a real mess. The visit was very quick, careless and devoid of any information about further proceedings. The doctor showed no interest in the fracture and treated us with complete disrespect.

It is difficult to park in front of the clinic because there are not enough places. There is still a bit of PRL in the clinic itself. The reception ladies are not very nice when they even answer the phone, and it's not any better on site...

Na 7 dzień roboczy w końcu jakaś WKxxWIONA (mało powiedziane) Pani odebrała tel z pretensją, że Pani ginekolog, o którą pytałam urodziła dziecko i proszę sobie szukać prywatnych wizyt w internecie. Ja dzwoniąc o wizytę na NFZ zostaje odesłana do prywatnego gabinetu? KPINA. Po upomnieniu jej dlaczego tak agresywnie do mnie startuje to odpowiedź : BO TYLE JEST TYCH TELEFONÓW. Nie dość, że nikt nie raczy podnieść słuchawki to jeszcze wielki ból, że ktoś w ogóle do nich zadzwoni. Dodam że od tych 7 dni dzwonie na nr wewnętrzny i nr podstawowy.

Żenada, totalnie olewajacy stosunek do pacjenta i ignorancja podczas umawianie wizyty na recepcji. Próbowałem się dodzwonić od 3 dni, dzwoniłem kilkanaście razy dziennie i dalej nic. W końcu przyszedłem osobiście I od wejścia słychać dzwoniące telefony nikt sobie z tego nic nie robi, rejestracja ma to daleko w... nosie, mimo, że nikogo nie ma przy okienku. Miałem wrażenie podczas umawiania wizyty, że mówię do ściany. W rezultacie zostałem umówiony do lekarza do którego nie chciałem zostać umówiony. Dramat.....

I do not recommend this clinic for ultrasound examination of the hip joints in an infant. The lady doing the examination was very unpleasant, with rude comments and behavior. After the examination was completed, which took about a minute, there was no information after too short of an OK and when the next visit was. The parent doesn't have time to dress the child or even leave and the next one is called. Just try to cover as much of the list as possible in the shortest time possible.

I have been using this clinic for several years. The attitude towards the patient is the same as everywhere else, the patient is a customer who needs to be served. Nothing has changed in this area in the Polish health service for years. Unless you use private offices, then there is complete culture. Access to family/GPs is good. If my doctor is not available, I am referred to another one. I have never had a failure to see a doctor or left with nothing. The ladies at the reception will always find some alternative, some solution. During the pandemic, telephone contact... as everywhere. You have to call and call... and call again :) The exterior and interior have undergone a thorough transformation, which is a big plus - the inside is neat and relatively clean.

Hearing tests involve repeating numbers, and some doctors are mentally stuck in the 1980s, only the blood lady was very nice and professional.

Wszystkie okna na piętrze otwarte przy minusowej temperaturze. Grzejniki skręcone do zera. Jeśli ktoś chce złapać jakieś dodatkowe choroby niż te, z którymi przychodzi to serdecznie polecam.

Tu leczyli moje dziady, tu ja też leczę. Nadreprezentacja starych wrednych ludzi, dlatego 4 gwiazdki a nie 5.

I was here to arrange occupational medicine and I was very pleasantly surprised by the efficiency and professionalism of all specialists. When collecting blood, the ladies organized the work in both queues very efficiently so that the waiting time was as short as possible. For about 50 people, I had to wait maybe 15-20 minutes to register and collect them. The specialist doctors are very nice, I can't say a bad word about anyone. I have personally witnessed downright boorish behavior of patients and I am not surprised that the doctor is cold in such situations. Overall, everything could be done in an hour and a half, despite the long queues, so for me it was the fastest occupational medicine in my life. The only drawback is that you have to come back for the ruling a second time in the afternoon.

My opinion is related only to the point of daily rehabilitation of children. I can't comment on the rest of the facility because I have never had any experience with it.
