After being instructed that, in accordance with the provisions on consumer sales, she was obliged to accept a complaint letter, she finally accepted this letter as well. A request to the store owner to train employees in basic consumer sales regulations, and to instruct them not to be conceited and rude towards the customer because the customer may not return to the store again.

I put my shoes on once every 2 hours and only walked inside the building. Well, it turned out that I would need a bigger one. So I drive almost 100 km to replace shoes for which I paid PLN 400. And earlier, a very nice lady told me that she would not exchange them because there was something wrong with the sole. I have been buying shoes from Wojas for over 15 years. Now it's over. I will never shop there. And I will advise everyone not to shop there. I have never been treated like this in any other store. Everything is fine until you pay. Then they don't care about you. FAILURE!!!
