    Location with secure entrance. A common space for everyone is beautiful. Kind residents. Employees always helpful. The plants are well cared for and bring a more cozy atmosphere and remind you of contact with nature. The water mirror is beautiful and brings tranquility to the environment.

    The condominium is located in a quiet region of São Paulo (Vila Leopoldina neighborhood) and is located very close to Marginal Tietê. It has very new buildings, equipped with a swimming pool, gym, etc. Its spaces are spacious and have good infrastructure.
