I stayed here for 7 days. Breakfast was included they served fresh cakes and fruits as well as eggs meats and cheese and juice. My room was very clean each upon arrival. The view was sooo amazing see posted pictures depending on time of day. Pool access & located right across from the beach, dozens of restaurants. Something I learned was the room key activity from the a/c. The staff does not speak English much. A great location to for vacation

Hotel is well located. Breakfast food is good with quite a variety of options. Prices are fair. Hotel is old (details on walls and bathroom). Rooms are not quite clean (found a lot of hair in bathroom and I can see some fungus here and there). They have interface problems with big booking companies (Hotel apparently did not received booking information even though confirmation was received from my end). Overall is good for those that not care much about where to sleep, but not great for those that look for nice accommodations.

This is not a good hotel, avoid staying here if you can. The rooms are very old and outdated, many things around the hotel are broken. In my room the safe was broken and there was hair in the shower. I immediately left to stay at a different hotel. staff here are friendly and helpful, but that’s the only positive thing I can say about this hotel.

Vorsicht ! Total heruntergekommenes Hotel, hat vor kurzem den Besitzer gewechselt, seit dem ein NO GO ! Dreckige total veraltete Zimmer, kaputte Technik, Betten & Möbel. ( kakalake auf dem Zimmer ) Empfangshalle sieht aus wie ein Abstellraum/ Lager. Frühstück und Speisesaal lieblos, essen und Kaffee am Montag grausam, wenn man noch keine Magen Beschwerden hat, bekommt man sie spätestens hier. Besser schließen !!!!!! Nie nie wieder!!!!!!

Excellent customer service, the price is worth the lack of luxury, but it's clear, has a very good lasure area, Comfortable, it's in front of the beach, neighborhood safe with good looking people, very friendly attitude. Bohemian restaurants, marketing to do some shopping. Really liked.

Mallasado steak is the flagship meal of this cozy restaurant in the Pelourinho's area, but if you have a chance try other one, as my favorite Carne de sol com farofa de queijo coalho. It's simply superb.

An older hotel, looks like it was very hot in the 60s. Great pool, excellent location right next to Praia do Barra, a great swimming beach. Not a top of the line hotel anymore, but the price is right. My 5-night stay with a view of the bay came in at $375 total. The service staff are wonderful, kind, and patient. I really liked the breakfast buffet. Tourists are primarily Brazilian middle class folks and Argentinians from what I could tell. A great deal, I'll definitely be back!

The pool is lovely, the location is great, the breakfast is really good but the air-conditioning is terrible. Hardly works and the battery died for our remote on the last day but they didn't have any spare batteries.

For that price you can get an airbnb with much more attention to costumer with basics services lime good working A/C

Cancelled reservation 2 weeks before when it was booked 2 months ago. Against the cancelation policy.

Would rather be staying in Hotel Rwanda. All the linens are stained, our room smells like an ashtray, plumbing fixtures are missing finishing pieces, and lots of wear & tear to the room. One of the elevators is broken. This place also goes by the name Hotel Sol Baha. I don’t care what it’s called, it’s a dump and doesn’t look anything like it did online. We’re getting an Airbnb for the rest of our stay. Oh and the people at the front desk are unhelpful… asked them 2-3x to address the smell and they never came upstairs.

Völlig heruntergekommenes Hotel, Total veraltet, alles kaputt, dreckig, Pool Landschaft Abend mit Müll überseht, keinerlei liebevolle Gestaltung, frühstück im Terrarium, jeden Tag das selbe, lieblos, eckelhaft, die Zimmer sind dreckig im Schrank Termiten, Elektrik defekt oder nicht vorhanden. Der vermeintliche hotel Direktor: Body gebildet in Jogging Hose völlig unpassend ! Ich war noch nie in solch einer absteige !!!! Finger weg !!!!!!!!
