Pico Cao Grande is quite a unique landmark! I enjoyed the drive to the south of the island as well as the amazing view of the Pico. There is no way you can miss it, just keep driving south until you see it. Luckily, the roads are empty enough that you can always stop and take some great photos.

2,019年5月訪問　この奇妙な山はオボ国立公園にあり、見た目のインパクト大のサントメ随一の観光スポットです。高さは海抜663メートル。この山の頂上に初めて立ったのは日本人らしいです。サントメの街から山がよく見える辺りまでバイクで１時間強。登りたい人は１～２泊のツアーもあるそうです。

The views from the road are gorgeous, especially for some quintessential Cão Grande photographs.

Davvero emozionante. Lo si vede percorrendo la strada verso sud. Mi raccomando di scegliere un giorno non troppo nuvoloso altrimenti rischiate di non vedere nulla. Ci sono vari punti per strada dove fermarsi, quindi percorrete la strada con calma.

This is a monument in Sao Tomé, which is rich in nature. Although it is 370 m high, it stands out compared to its surroundings. The weather is changeable, so the summit is often hidden by clouds, making it difficult to see the whole structure. The name means "Peak of the Great Dog". This black tower is in Stephen King's Dark Tower epic.
