Perhaps
the
wrong
hotel
for
my
standard
and
not
good
value
for
money
at
all.
Liked
·
Nice
room
with
plenty
of
space,
could
use
less
furniture
in
to
be
able
to
move
around
freely.
Fully
accessible,
at
the
back
of
the
property
which
allow
us
to
sleep
quietly.
Disliked
·
No
mosquito
nets
in
the
room.
Dusty
bedroom.
No
bottled
water.
Room
service
lacks
improvement/training.
Poor
cleaning
standards,
missing
towels,
poor
supervision?
It
feels
that
there
are
no
audits
to
the
room,
ensuring
a
standard
service
is
being
provided.
No
tea
selection
whatsoever,
same
breakfast
for
11
days
:(
Just
bored.
Receptionists
extremely
rude
and
lacking
customer
service.
Every
time
I
asked
for
a
taxi,
the
same
driver
came
and
always
overcharged
by
a
lot.
After
a
long
chat
with
a
few
other
customers
we
have
understood
Receptionists
have
a
little
of
side
business
going
on.
Probably
some
drivers
are
paying
off
the
receptionists.
Omali
is
the
most
expensive
hotel
in
Sao
tome
so
anyone
staying
the
are
considered
to
be
quite
wealthy
Anyway,
it
did
take
me
nearly
5
days
to
understand
what
is
going
on.
Having
this
said
Domingos,
Ines,
Ricardo
all
great
Staff,
would
love
to
see
them
again.
In
general
all
Staff
are
actually
amazing
and
caring
about
guests.
Silly
thing
as
higher
you
go
on
the
role,
worst
the
service.
