Great atmosphere. Quite welcoming staff. There is someone to help if you don't speak Portuguese. However rooms are quite below standard given the price and the wi-fi did not work during our visit. Hotel is located in a strategic place close to the airport. However they have to work hard to maintain the place. Especially with regards to information sharing, we had two receptionists giving us two different information on payments. This is not good especially for visitors who rely on remote information.

It was just ok for me. The rooms are a good size and reasonable price. However the WiFi is very bad everywhere. In the room, by the pool and even in the reception. The room was clean but I kept having to kill large cockroaches every night. Not ideal. Also I know the hotel was quiet but there was never anyone on the reception in the 3 days I was there. Not good when you need to sort out airport transfers, laundry etc etc. Would not stay at again. There are much better hotels on the island. But super close to the airport so good for that. The pool is also a good size

Nice and hygienic environment except for mosquitos. The restaurant food is good. I advise you carry some Euros with you when you visit this hotel. They do not accept credit cards. The preferred currency is Euro. That was disappointing when all you had was few currency on you.

Huge swimming pool opened 24/7, friendly employees and worthy breakfast. The rooms are cool and the wifi works correctly. Close to the airport and they have a transportation service. I recommand it. Also their prices are low.

No credit cards. No ATM cards. Everything has to be paid in cash. Advertised prices on the internet are doubled on arrival. Beware of this scam even if your app tricks you to think you've already prepaid. Staff and service are good though nevertheless.

The bungalows are fine, but the waterpressure is sometimes underwhelming. The restaurant ..is not good. Any cut of meat is seriously bad. And the mixed platter for 35 €? Bad. Reaally bad. Raw sausages and overcooked and spoilt meat. The only good thing was the chicken. Recommend you do not eat here.

bad experience - unfairfly treated, euro payment only, pictures are far from reality. you have other better options in the city. Staff are the only good point of this scam stuff

Clean and friendly. Nice pool. The restaurant has good food tasty and is clean. Would highly recommend eating here. Good internet. Quiet and not crowded but well managed.

Rooms are beautiful, food is delicious and the staff are so nice. They have few staff that speak English and that was so helpful since I did not speak Portuguese or French
