The accommodation is a house in a beautiful local neighborhood very near the city central. The shower didn’t work yet but a water bucket is a quite local and fun experience. During my stay there was only Admar present. We communicated in Portuguese I even though my language skills are almost non existent we understood each other and had a lot of fun together. He went above and beyond for me, driving my around on his motorcycle, cooking food, showing me local places as well as tourist attractions. This is absolutely a big recommendation and I really cherish the time I had there!

Staying at Casa Branca was the single best decision I made during my time in STP. Maria is the most friendly, wonderful, big hearted woman I met on the island. She selflessly dedicated her time and energy to make sure I had the most perfect stay possible. Although I arrived not knowing a soul I left Sao Tome with a second mother. I recommend greatly for those who want an authentic local experience with warm hospitality to stay at Maria's Casa Branca.

What a lovely place to stay and what fantastic, helpful, generous and kind people. Such a pleasure to stay here and to have the chance to meet and learn more from this lovely family. Best wishes to you all and thanks again!
