Very good hotel in Sodertalje centrum with v good food

picture this, youve driven about 6-7 or something hours from Marstrand to here, you get inside, hungry and exhausted. youve booked a room for THREE ADULTS and as you sit on the single bed thats shabby yet comfy it snaps. now picture this - youre not an adult and weigh less tham an adult. but whatever, accidents happen! a board snaps. a few hours pass and as you go into sleeping mode it just snaps again. yeah. not fun. practically useless bed, just put a poor matress on the floor and call it a day. and a minor complaint, there was promised room service which turned out to NOT be true. horrible expirience.

Unbeknownst to the hotel, the hotel staff moved the luggage to the entire company, a total of 20 people. A great failure with something like this has not yet met, avoid a wide berth.

WARNING! Check the prices that you pay during check-in. This hotel has done so many price discrepancies on us between reservation prices and check in prices.

Very nice friendly and kind staff. Nice amenities and ambience. Rooms are clean and neat. I enjoyed playing the shuffle board at the reception. Would definitely recommend. Overall a great experience

terrible rooms, without any service, compared to the price, you are only paying for the central location. Incompetent staff, after waiting a day with the promise of a room change, they told me that the hotel is full (previously I had been promised to wait for cleaning). I am forced to stay here only for work reasons.

We arrived and it was a complete surprise for the staff that we needed a bed for the 3rd person, we had paid for, in our room. They did set up another bed(set up means, just leaving it in the room unfolded(picture). Also we obviously have paid extra for a room only suitable for 2 people. When addressed to the staff they thought it was our problem since they were understaffed and lots of people were asking for extra beds. I can not recommend this hotel for anyone. The restaurant was good, but by no means makes up for the lousy hotel experience.

Nightclub keeps you awake at night. Super loud basses and people’s party voices. Even with windows closed.

No window, dirty bathroom. Disappointed by the welcoming at reception. Not good quality-cost balance in my opinion. Would not recommend.

Breakfast standsout, great venue. Other than that low quality hotel. Corridors are dark, rooms are old & dark worse than corridors even don't have windows no ventilations and rubbish specialIy carpets on the floor. I am a regular traveller. Doesn't worth your money. Think twice before you spend your bucks.

Rooms were basic, service was slow and breakfast was lacking options, but comfortable bed and a nice bar area.

The Quality Park Hotel is situated in the city centre of Södertälje. The rooms are comfortable and the food is very good. There are some parking spots available. Accessibility guaranteed.

Excellent location. Service is ok. Room is a bit on the small side and has no refrigerator or microwave (might be common here, I'm not sure).

Rooms are very nice. Reception during the day is great, very friendly. Reception during night was horrible, total nightmare. No clue of customer service. Prefered meatballs instead..

October 27th, 11:30am. Whoever this guy at the bar is - he is unfriendly and grumpy to guests which are Company CEOs..that must be a joke. No motivation to work? Then fire him, this behaviour is rediculous and just a shame for such a Business hotel

There was some tapping sound above the rooms all night! Room size was big and breakfast was good. Was pushed into an upgrade saying the booked room does not have a window.

Stayed for a business trip. Hotel is a great location and has everything you need for a stay. Room was perfectly fine for me, breakfast was plentiful and good variety. Nice touch with a shuffleboard too.

Hotel was clean and presentable, bar service was until 00.00. We only had breakfast here that was a good selection from hot and cold 06.30 onwards most days. Good location for what we needed. Close to bus and rail interchange.

A pleasant, welcoming environment, with nice staff and cosy rooms, perhaps just a little on the small side. Bed linen it good quality and beds are comfortable. The area is usually quiet at night, which contributes to sleep quality. The bar tends to attract guests in the evening, although there are other watering holes nearby. The hotel also features good conferencing facilities.

Stayed at this hotel for 2 days in February 2020. Nice and helpful staff. Great breakfast and lunch, buffet. Dinner is served at the table, the food a bit too advanced composed for the kitchen to cope with, but no major fault. Some surfaces not cleaned in months, textiles in the conferences heavily dirty with large stains. The hotel is otherwise in need of renovation, the color worn by the elevator. The walls in the corridor helped paint repair. The doors of the Duch Cabin are very rusty on the floor. The hotel rated 4 stars, should now be lowered to 3 stars!

This hotel is realy nice but room is small!

Polite staff, affordable rooms, and the breakfast buffet is delicious. Stayed there for 2 nights and would definitely return. The hotel is close to the train station as well if you want to travel up to Stockholm and then come back to relax at the hotel room. I liked that you also got your own kettle and mugs there and a selection of teas as well as some instant coffee and a mini fridge. Overall a great experience!

It's way too hot in the room, the air-conditioning seems out of order. There is mold in my electronic water kettle. Nice big tv. The staff seems okay, and the breakfast is okay

Great hotel, with very nice rooms and service. The food at the hotel's restaurant is not very good, though.
