Can only recommend the practice.

Bei anschließendem Praxisbesuch wurde der Ausfall der Telefonanlage geleugnet. Schon öfters Im Notfall keine Erreichbarkeit möglich, deshalb Telefonerreichbarkeit allgemein sehr mangelhaft.

Es war die richtige Entscheidung. Bin froh hier eine kompetende Diagnose durch Dr. Fromm erhalten zu haben und eine Heilmittelverordnung (Physiotherapie). Er nahm sich die Zeit mir meine Röntgenbilder genau zu erklären und ließ den Bereich, der auf einem bestehenden Röntgenbild nicht erkennbar war neu röntgen wo sich dann prompt herausstellte, dass sich genau in dem Bereich eine Bandscheibe verabschiedet hat. Die Wartezeiten hielten sich im Rahmen, ich war aufgrund Verbindungsproblemen mit den Öffentlichen leider zu spät und hätte mich darum auch bei längerer Wartezeit nicht beklagt, wobei dann allerdings meine Schmerzen vermutlich stärker geworden wären. So war ich froh, dass ich aufgerufen wurde, bevor meine Schmerzen wieder zunahmen. Mein Eindruck war durchweg Positiv. 5 Sterne :-)

Ich war zu einer Nachsorge da und hab fast eine Stunde auf Dr. Rummel gewartet. Als ich ihn dann darauf ansprach wurde der dann auch noch pammpig. (- naja, beinahe hätte er sich eine abgeholt ... aber das kann man ja nicht machen...)

Ich glaube ja an das Gute im Menschen und das jeder einen schlechten Tag hat, aber Dr.med Fromm war leider unmöglich. Ich bin heulend aus der Praxis. Die beiden Damen vom Empfang (Fr. Ali und Fr. Joksch) waren super super lieb! Ihnen war sofort alles aufgefallen. Danke Euch❤️ Das nächste mal geh ich zu Dr. Rummel.

Viel zu lange Wartezeiten, für Akupunktur 10sec. Behandlung eine Wartezeit von 45min. Definitiv zulange. Sollte mal an der Organisation etwas geändert werden. Ärzte und Helferinnen soweit freundlich, aber alle sehr gestresst und überlastet.
