This is the most worst hospital.Th staff at the counter and most importantly the security guard is the most uneducated and uncivilized person. Their behaviour is like of a third grade people. They don't even know how to address people. The management should work on hiring staffs. While I was waiting for someone to attend me and give me an appointment the staff were roaming around even after knowing that I need appointment with Dr. Vijay Kumar. More over there was a family requesting them to open the emergency room but these people were busy in their personal talks. And upon request multiple times they asked the family to first get some irrelevant documents . And kept the unconscious patient unattended. They family were forced to keep the patient on the floor lying. If anyone wants their family member to be safe never ever visit the hospital.

Experience was nice but can improve a little bit with their canteen and drinking water supply . Other wise Experience was good and helped us alot in good way .

Due to lack of medical facilities in the district there is monopoly and this hospital is takingcomplete advantage and harrassing the patients. You will need one complete day to see a doctor so better to carry your lunch dinner and bedsheets along with you. You will come across one of the worst hospital staffs.Plan to visit Malda ...nearest place with better medical facility. Wish you good luck with this place

Pathetic experience. My aunt was admitted to this hospital for stomach pain expected to have some stones in the gall bladder, but they remarked it as cancer. We were flabbergasted but after admitting her to Aandalok hospital (Kolkata), we got to know that it was nothing but some minor stones in the gall bladder and bile duct. Extremely reviled to this hospital
