hotel
caretaker
told
me
we
don't
accept

and
no
cook
is
a
avilable,
so
lost
my
money
there

hand
wash,
wet
bathroom,
no
water
bottle
provided
by
staff

which
blames
the
customer
itself
rather
than
helping
them
out
when
their
safety
is
compromised

I
had
booked
the
hotel
late
night
and
received
confirmed
booking
upon
reaching
I
couldn't
find
the
hotel
as
there
is
no
sign
board
saying
it
is
Oyo
hotel
even
when
I
finally
reach
there
I
find
hotel
gate
locked,
I
kept
on
banging
upon
door
but
no-one
listened
then
I
searched
for
hotel's
no.
on
Google
it
redirected
me
to
Oyo
customer
care
which
was
not
supportive
at
all
and
blaming
me
for
reaching
after
10
PM
had
to
wait
for
half
an
hour
more.
Inside
hotel
I
got
used
soap
and
no
soap
available,
the
night
staff
was
not
cooperative
and
also
I
booked
for
b/f
included
I
was
denied
the
same
