Hotel rooms were not clean, bedsheets, towel were too dirty. Cockroaches were there in the rooms. No hygiene was maintained in the hotel. Area of the hotel was really bad. Food quality was good but overpriced. Overall bad experience. They should check these these things. Will never recommend to anyone.

Pathetic experience .. food price is very high , all room are very dirty . Smooth cheak in experience but main problem is every room is very dirty .. TV not working , Unable to find AC remote .. if you face any problem hotel staff can't help you . No landline .. All around the house cracked . It is necessary to see the issues of the hotel owner. I will give strong negative review for this hotel.. Not providing bills, taking high charge on food, not providing general amenities, i requested for bed sheet change during check-in, and they take 12hours for it.

I have never experienced a worse Oyo room than this. The walls were full of spit marks. Bed sheet and blanket both were so dirty that I asked to change but that too they denied. There were cockroaches and mouse inside the room. Staffs are useless, I don't know why there is need of such idiotic staffs.

I want to share with you all, incident happened with me at this hotel The hotel manager ,Mr Jitendra Kumar misbehaved with me as soon as he got to know that it is a prepaid online booking. He was interested to give rooms at higher tarriff to local couples. Rooms are dirty, unhygienic and improper. Staff behaviour is unacceptable. Hotel environment is like local lodge. STAY AWAY FROM THEM

A paint job is overdue. AC remotes must be made available in rooms. Other than these stay was delightful. Good customer service. Check in experience was hassle free.

Ac not functioning prioerly, very very dirty room, each & everything is very unclean, staff behavior is too poor. Bathroom was soo poor that do not usable. I had not seen ever this type of poor propeety. So avoid this dirty property.

If you are one who wants to enjoy some quality time with your loved one, it's your place. This hotel is couple friendly and they accept local ids. In terms of location, it is in the third floor of the Subh TVS showroom. One thing, if you care about hygiene too much I think you should avoid this stay.

It was on the main road, the rooms were okay, but the bedsheet and blanket were dirty, the switch box was broken, it looked more like an under-maintained place and if you want to enjoy a calm night it might be a bad choice, because of road noise, and it was 3rd floor and the lift looks seriously dangerous. Over-all a good place to stay if you didn't get other places or for 1 night stay

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Super OYO Flagship Mourigram Near Andul Rd, and I must say it was an incredible experience from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel warmly welcomed and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The location of the hotel is fantastic, conveniently situated near Andul Rd. It was easy to find and offered great accessibility to nearby attractions. Whether you're visiting for business or leisure, this hotel's location is definitely a plus.

Below par experience, for a room priced at 1200 or so, you are checked in by a guy who already had few pegs in his belly, a bed full of stained linen, small cockroaches running around like party, no basics like soap or shampoo or anything, food price is that of 3 star hotel. Please keep this as your last option. Certainly not recommended for young women as this place looks risque!

1. Very difficulty in finding hotel late night as no Oyo boards placed and actual name of hotel not provided rather mentioned Oyo Flagship onsite 2. I booked for breakfast included but I was denied the same as hotel caretaker told me we don't accept b/f included and no cook is a avilable, so lost my money there 3. Dirty bed sheets, used soap lying in basin empty hand wash, wet bathroom, no water bottle provided by staff 4. Agoda customer care is irresponisve and directs to chat box without help, Oyo customer care is worse which blames the customer itself rather than helping them out when their safety is compromised Detailed: I had booked the hotel late night and received confirmed booking upon reaching I couldn't find the hotel as there is no sign board saying it is Oyo hotel even when I finally reach there I find hotel gate locked, I kept on banging upon door but no-one listened then I searched for hotel's no. on Google it redirected me to Oyo customer care which was not supportive at all and blaming me for reaching after 10 PM had to wait for half an hour more. Inside hotel I got used soap and no soap available, the night staff was not cooperative and also I booked for b/f included I was denied the same

Rooms are so dirty bedsheet, blanket ,pillow,washroom is so dirty. Don't go there is so unhygienic and dirty.I told them to change the bedsheet but they deny and go. Stay away from this hotel and location is also very bad.

Staff behavior vary nice. Room decoration needs to be fixed a little. Room rates are OK. Landphone, TV need to be fixed. The bathroom is in good condition. Allover is beautiful.

Very very dirty room, toilet and bed. Ambience of hotel is very very poor. No sign of it is oyo hotel. Not cleaned after the previous guest left. Room was smelling like liquor and damp.
