Worst National Highway toll plaza I had ever visited till date in terms of Staff's behaviour, toll management system & even cleanliness. The worst toll plaza with all out dated fastag sensor in all lanes. The only toll plaza using fastag in manual mode almost all times by climbing upon windscreen 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 Horrible experience by almost all 4 wheeler driver including me during anytime between 8Am to 10 Pm. Its took almost 20 —35 minutes to cross the toll plaza. Not only that the staff's behaviour & manners are extremely pathetic. So unprofessional that can't be explained. Their Shift in charge is also unprofessional & doesn't know about the basic rules of toll plaza. The staff behaviour deserve minus 10 (-10) out of 10. The local leaders & local contractors etc uses vip Lane with the help of some unscrupulous shift in charge & staffs. Always failed to maintain proper service & genuine emergency vehicles got stucked by their strange so called management system & self created mismanagement. I could have been rate it minus 1000, if possible. Extremely pathetic & worst service by this NHAI toll plaza day after day. Very very chaotic & hazardous.

Thief of toll. Return journey on fasttag is rs 65. I had 100 balance in that. They said minimum balance should be 150 then only fastag money can be deducted. I recharged it then and there yet they said they can see that it is recharged but it will take around 20mins to reflect in their system. So till then we have to deposit a fine of 240 and wait at the corner after the toll booth for 20 mins and God knows how they will get us back in that booth to have our fast tag scanned. I say when you have such a lag software in place that don't work real time stop this nonsense of minimum balance and charging double in cash. Have your system first checked up before penalising anyone. You are just thieves and nothing else

Dhula Gori Toll plaza has 16 lane all are fastage system,very minimal waiting period its generally takes 3-4 sec to pass one vehicle.Roads are maintained no pothole came across my site . NHAI is doing there job really well.

Jala Dhulagarh Toll Plaza is located on the highway from Kolkata to Kharagpur. It is one of known places on this highway where sometimes travellers halt for a while and stretch themselves. There bus routes connecting Kolkata and Dhulagarh. One could reach this place from kolkata on these buses. From airport gate no. 1 in kolkata travel to Jala Dhulagori Toll Plaza takes around 45 minutes on private vehicles. Traffic at this toll plaza is moderate.

Situated across the NH 6 Kolkata Bombay road highway this toll plaza is one of the most important ones. This is situated near Dhulagarh industrial area Sankrail which is famous for industries and logistic hubs. The single side toll is Rs. 105/- one side and in return on the same day it becomes 55/- on fastag. The service is more or less smooth but sometimes takes longer time to scan the fastag codes. One who travels by road from Kolkata to Kolaghat, Digha, Puri etc has to cross this toll. The service and vehicle management can be improved.

In the last 15 years of my road trips there has never been a time when i didn't have to wait at this toll plaza, even after the introduction of fasttags the waiting time is over a minute on most occassions. Add to that the accasonal disturbance from beggers banging on car windows for spare change. Road quality is good hut not clean and organized as expected on National Highways.

Not at all good ; you have to wait for a long time to pay the toll tax even if you have Fast tag installed on your wind screen. The scanner is very slow, there's no difference between cashless and cash payments over there. Very disappointing; improvement needed👎

Not managed properly , had a wait time of 20 mins in Fast Tag lane , as per rule the charges should be refunded bit it was not.

Dhulagori Toll Plaza - here all vehicles will pay road development tax before entering the expressway. However, even after the toll plaza, the expressway is too much congested with local slow moving autos, Toto's, cycles and pedestrians. Additionally, road side local market slow down the expressway traffic. Govt. should consider to relocate this toll plaza further down the expressway towards Kharagpur.

THE PLACE IS 1KM AWAY FROM DHULAGORE TRUCK TERMINAL.NEAREST RAILWAY STATION IS SANKRAIL. YOU CAN EASILY GET ALL ORISSA AND MIDNAPORE BOUND BUSES FROM HERE.

It is quite normal to see long queue of cars in this toll plaza. Improvement is needed in the service to maintain traffic properly.

Towards Kolkata, from farthest left, 2nd tool booth is not working properly since 2 months, NHAI please take care of it, taking more time than non fastag lane.

It's the first toll plaza enroute to Digha/ Haldia after second Hooghly bridge toll. It's fast and efficient. Accepts fast tag and cash too ( along with fine). People not having fasttag need to pay fine almost double the original toll. But there are fast tag kiosks right outside the toll. Where young boys from ICICI bank are sitting there with fasttag . They will provide you fasttag to your car and link all the documents ( read adhar /driving licence) and activate it on exchange of 400 . You'll get a balance of 100 rs..rest they'll tell you various things. But otherwise it's cool...

Toll plaza - nothing to comment. But satisfactory traffic management

The place looks amazing specially during Sunrise and sunset. The photos i captured at the time of Sunrise. There is a good tea, coffee, snacks stall nearby. You can sit there and enjoy the ambience.

Traffic usually moves fast through this toll, road is smooth and wide. But still charge is very high.

Most busy toll plaza at NH33 to Kolkata But staffs are very much efficient to hand the stuff by the cool way

Very fun place for recive bikers.Bikers fair is held here every Sunday and on other holidays. Super bikers can be seen here on holidays.

1st toll plaza from Kolkata to Mumbai NH6 after 2nd Hooghly Bridge and Kona Expressway. Earlier there was a regular basis traffic jam but at present after the introduction of Fastag for paying the toll, the problem has been resolved.

Very bad condition. Often found disgusting Jam. Employees of the toll plaza are very crude.

Fastag processing is slow, no deducated truck lanes due to which there's a long queue in each lane.

Well organized, disciplined toll system with fast tag facilities on the highway with multiple entry point.Good looking,well operated.

It's hard to understand that even after fast tag why we have to wait in long que to clear our toll. Very mismanaged toll plaza with no traffic control at all. Big Vehicle change lanes at toll at their whims with no one to question or stop them. No separate lane for small vehicles are maintained. Very pathetic toll plaza.
