High price. No facility. Renovates but no hot water in tap. Earlier food was homely but now restaurant style food.. So cannot eat if you plan to stay here for more than 1 day. Even Dustbin is not available. Since renovation is still in progress so avoid stay here

One of the worst restaurants in Sitamarhi.The food and services are so pathetic that no one can imagine. They only entertain the administrator. Just behind my table, a guest of bdo is eating they can only serve and take priority. I suggest you if you have links and power then go to this hotel or restaurant otherwise you can eat at a roadside vendor or elsewhere you can feel better.

This is a review of Sitayan Restaurant & not the hotel itself. It is the newest member in the restaurants of Sitamarhi. I am sure you will love the interior & Ambience as well as chilling AC. Hence for Ambience it's 5/5. The food is better, however it can be improved hence I would give it 3.5/5 . The service takes decent time and staffs are polite. Hence I would give 4/5. Since, the restaurant is new, so food item availability is quite low, for the moment I will give it 3/5. You can have a great dine-in experience.

Good service.. All staffs are polite and quality of food is very delicious.. The main reason to stay here because this hotel is just in front of railway station and not so much expensive that u can't afford. One of the best hotel in sitamarhi near railway station no any other is like this.parking is specious.

I have been stay for one night in this place. You won’t get any good hotel. This is only one okay okay option you can have you cannot expect the staff or not so professional and food or hopeless you always get less cooked food When I ordered chicken Munchau they gave me veg and after telling him it is a veg. Then he bring chicken after eating it they it . . First day it is good but each and every item of restaurant is hopeless. I will advise you to avoid it and try to do Swiggy from another restaurants.

The hotel is quite good i am giving it 5 star ⭐ for service , it's service is best in sitamarhi and the food quality is just best in sitamarhi. location is very far away from my home so I am giving it 3 star ⭐ *THIS IS MY REAL OPINION*

Staying from last 3 months. Worst hotel service I have seen, better to stay in anywhere except this hotel, Arrogant staff.

I think this is the one of the better hotels in Sitamarhi in September of 2023 with its refurbished halls and interior designing,also the service is good and waiters don't ask for tips if you don't insist on it ,more expensive than most of the 2 star hotels but yes,for a town ,it is a great start ,gives an insight into future and hope for what can be done for other hotels,other hotel owners who are delusional,should learn a thing or two from the owners of the Sitayan as it is of now in September of the year 2023,well done ✅

The hotel sitayan provides a little bit of ease to their customers and has its wonderful apartment inside the hotel. There is no excuse for that, it has wonderful service and also has delicious foods which can satisfy you.

Room was quite good but they don’t have more facilities such as Wi-Fi, laundry (2days time), driver refreshment, very limited foods, hot water etc. and it’s too expensive.

Overall it was value for money. Staff is good and extremely polite in nature. Food is also awesome.

Oldest and best hotel in Sitamarhi. Now they have an open restaurant with the best ambiance till now in Sitamarhi and also hygiene is getting maintained. This is the biggest thing to adopt in Sitamarhi. The price is also reasonable!!! Must try!! Awesome place!!!

Nice Ambience. Food quality was just okay. Mutton needs to be cooked a bit more. Lolipop chicken, soups and other items were good. Waiters need a bit of more training.

its one of the oldest hotel in Sitamarhi,located nearby to Sitamarhi old bus stand and Sitamarhi railway station and just beside to petrol pump and railway gumti.parking space for vehicle is best in Sitamarhi and room are also very good and properly maintained.room rates are also very nominal starting from just rs 600.

One of the oldest Hotel in Sitamarhi, near to Sitamarhi Railway Station. Ample space for parking. They have in-house restaurant serving delicious food. Intercomm and fan regulators are missing. They do have coolers for summers. Hotel staff are old in age and one needs to be loud while making any requests.

Parking space is ample and even location is in the town but many of room lacks necessity in terms AC or coolers any good view. First two rooms besides stairs are good.

Now it is completely changed,Exists big parking area,a conference hall, delicious food specially non veg,and there is also a well maintained restaurant in its campus, nice place for organising big parties,seminar etc in open place,staffs are polite natured.
